I think the ticket here is to stay calm and get proactive not reactive (Which typically people who harrass will thrive upon). I had the same issue with Kingman and Cole, they appear to be all over the internet for attempting to collect on barred debt. It is interesting, that when you conduct a search on this company via google, the first several sites are oriented towards informing comsumers of thier unlawful practice. Does anyone whom is in the throes of thier intimidation need more. I am appreciative of all the postings individuals made with WEbsites oriented towards complaining about this company and informing us of our rights. When individuals become intimidated and fearful, you feel vulnerable and then we make irrational decisions and the impulsivity to take care of all this kicks in. I must say, KINGMAN and COLE have aced psychological intimidation tactics. Most of us are afraid of going broke, having our money taken from us or having our relatives hurt. Welcome to the human race....Let's get active folks. I have complained to the FTC and New York state attorney general and have had my credit reports reviewed, as they have made inquiries into my credit history that are unlawful. Keith Marshall (co-owner of company with me) has a tiny tiny [***]....im talkin like 3 inches when hard...ask Rich Ziolkowski...one time at the Strip Club Seductions in Canada, he paid a dancer $250.00 to suck both of us off, when she pulled down his pants and saw his little guy she started laughing in his face!!! I know cause I was there!!! No wonder his wife is ugly and Asian...ugly cause no good lookin chick would be with a guy with that small a dick, no matter how much money he makes and she's Asian cause Asian chicks are used to tiny pricks!!

As an ex-employee of this company, and knowing that the NYS Attorney General has contacted employees regarding this company, be very careful on their collection practices. Some debts may be out of statue of limitations in your state, which means you do not legally owe the debt anymore! There is some major lawsuits pending and investigations, much like what was seen on dateline. Also check that they are still in business, heard they have changed locations and phone numbers, also name of company to avoid large lawsuits! Get the correct current name of the owners before you file suit! Look the name of owners at BBB.COM or budhibbs.com

To the collector for Bank of America who spends time reading postings on this wesite and responds with an extremist view.. You need serious psychological help, perhaps a new job, and a re-newed view of humanity.
