Not our job to make them stop.  You can easily do that yourself.;  That has been detailed probably a dozen times in this thread telling you who it is and what you need to do.

I received a voice-mail that they were calling from the corporate office of California Check Cashing Store a sister company of Cashmart. That I needed to call this number because they had a returned check that I needed to to take care of? For one I haven't written or cashed any checks with this company or affiliate companies & don't need to. They asked for me by name & don't understand how that is possible. How did they get my name & my phone number in the first place?? Being in California I know by law that check cashing companies cannot take you to collections or file suit in order to collect. The only thing that I can think of is someone used me as reference as others have said?? Going to block

They can't take you to court or collections? Where did you learn that? It would really help me since these people are hounding the heck out of me.

They threatened arrest warrant

Scam! You aren't warned in advance if there's a warrant for your arrest.

They call every day like 15 times a day. It’s from a Payday loan place, check in to cash/ approved Cash in South Carolina. They are VERY RUDE and just downright disrespectful. They will tell the person that’s they’re looking for me, and I owe $650 and I need to pay today or else I’m gonna get arrested. Yeah this was told to my manager! Not only was this embarrassing but I think it’s illegal for them to call and say that I have a loan through them. The worst part about it was that I spoke to the manager of the loan place and told them that I was gonna pay a fees days late, I was about 1 week late, just needed time to get the money. So it’s not like I was like 3-4 weeks without paying, Me and the manager had an agreement and told me it was fine, but apparently the “corporate “ office didn’t care and just started hounding me, and my family, and work place. So that really sucks.
