They just called. Knew my name and my mother's name. Said this message is for me and to give their number to my mother so she can give them a call back.

Get constant called from this number. Don't owe anybody money.

Called 866-354-0567 back women said calling Corporate office.   Asked Coporate office who are you said work with several different companies.   Did not give a specific company.  Person they are calling not at my number.  Keep Calling not answering send to Do Not Call List.  Jerks.

I called to make a payment that I could afford and the representative said that SHE is not willing to take a payment that low and that she was only willing to take half payment X 2.  I asked her if this was her choice or the companies policy and she said it is what she said.  If you are not going to work with customers or are willing to make small payments until they have money to pay in full then why even try to make a payment.  This is a total rip off of a company anyway and always under lots of scrutiny.  If you want a payment then you have to work with me.

These turds keep calling me twice a day. I've blocked their number but voice mails are still getting through. I do NOT even have a loan with them.

This is exactly what's been happening to me and it started just over a week ago.  Luckily my phone can reject or block all spam numbers.  I've NEVER dealt with Checksmart and this automated message just called me a few minutes ago.  Generally these type of places will never call on Sunday's so this makes me think it's a scam thing.

I realize this is a reply to a 2 year post but this past week or so it's been happening to me too exactly like what you described.  If it is "Checksmart" I don't know why it's calling me never done any business with them.  The fact though that True Caller shows a different caller ID than what the voicemail shows definitely proves it's a scam.  They're definitely using google numbers as posted above and I even got a call from the 480 number that someone above posted about.

They still call daily even on Sunday's as I reported  above. I spent $5 on an app called Extreme Call Blocker via PlayStore. Not sure if it's available for iPhone but it's worth every penny does what it's supposed too unlike other crappy free versions.

If this were a legit pay day loan place or debt collector they are all closed on Sunday's so it proves this is a scam.

Yet they still call. The number of callsnhave jumped from 10+ calls daily  every hour.

They've called after 9pm and from my understanding that's against the law

this is cashcentral, they took an unauthorized debt from my account and i called  and they said it was in the contract

Im getting calls from checksmart saying that the money order was fraudulent. How the hell is that possible when I gave them the money to put in the money order. They told me to call MoneyGram since it was their money order but MoneyGram said that everything is OK. What is going on and what should I do?

They call me bc i cashed a business check that came back nsf. They called to threaten fiming a police report And fraud. I called the police and asked if it was true that i coukd be arrested  the police said no you do noy go to jail. They try to scare you. Btw they eoukd not work with me to make pymts.

You bad mouth  these peoole...but i bet when.you needed  money  at the time   you were sweet as candy sugar....they hand over  255.00..for check of 300.00...if you dont pay  and a fee  applyed  of  15.00...=still  not bad.....look at self   you  hand someone  255.00   and they dont pay  you  back..what you gonna  do..be real...you damage there car..you  sue...go to court   waste your time...you win a judgement....dont mean  you get paid....so what  let them call and call  .....they just doing there job...now.if you do your job  you wont  need  a pay day  advance...and if you dont need a payday  advance  they wont call you....how dumb  smart people are.....pay them  off..no more calls.
