These people have caused problems at my job and have refused acknowledgement of my bankruptcy filing. I am going to report to the better business bureau

Get calls from this number at least once a week. I have never answered. On the voice mail, they always ask for a random person or just say that it is urgent and I "Must call back," giving me their number with a different extension every time.
How do I report them??

Did you ever pay them? if not what happened....

To the person who wrote the comment on Jan 11,2008 you are so wrong with what you wrote. Please if you are going to list comments about collection agency please know the Collection Laws the Fair Collection Law was put together for a reason. First thing if you have ever been to a Pay Day Loan than you should know that the phone number you give as your own is verified before giving the loan so for you to make a comment that someone gave the wrong number when they took out the loan is false. The second thing is every consumer is protect by the fair collection agency and it dosnt matter if the company themself is calling you to collect they must follow the collection laws that means if someone ask them not to call they are not allowed to do so, especially their place of employment. I am so glad they made a mistake and called my number this morning because I will definately be taking actions on their misuse of the fair collection laws.There is no company that is allowed to contiue to haras or threaten you.

Called back to back days looking for a former co-worker. Told no longer work here for 8 months... 2nd one said not from us. said yes it was same # and told them same thing

Over the past 3-4 weeks I have been getting calls on my work phone. A former employee (left 8 months prior) phone is still being transferred to my extension. I have told them numerous times He no longer works here. They have noted it and mention the number is not the their system but the continue to call.. I even talked to a "manager." I told him I will inform our legal department. He then wanted all the info about them. I said you can call out regular # and ask. I have sent the info to our legal department. The company is "BSI- Check-N-Go" The call today I said who he was calling from and denied it and said they never called here before.

It is one thing if I owe the bill ( I have worked 3rd party collections and Also (unfortunitly) owe them also, but this is getting to be harrassment of my company. They are rude.. I would not treat an innoscent bystander of a company that someone worked with the way they do.

Checksmart or Buckeye Checks, or whoever insisting that I am Melissa (I am a man).  Calls several times a day.  Cursed at my wife with the f word.  Will not take us of the list.  They have the wrong number.

Calls asks for people by name but doesn't say who they are. Won't reveal the reason for the call

just got an automated call from this number without asking for a specific person that I was given as a reference for an important business transaction and given a reference number

This number has called me 3 times today.  These calls are because my step-daughter (whom we haven't seen in almost a year) has Probably wrote a check to them.  She must have gave our phone number.  So, I believe this is a check writing company that screwed up and is calling me and causing stress.  You know, a check for cash outfit.

these jerks call my phone say the name of the person they want then leave a very rude and threatening message dont identify who they are or where they are calling from.When you call back it's a conference call # i even went to a store on the corner from me to complain they just say without a name they cant do anything.They dont care your not who they are looking for they just want to think they are big and bad.

This cam e twice.  I have been getting calls for more than 3 months.  I want this to STOP NOW!!!

HA HA I knew they would find their error. I had a loan with CheckSmart last year I started a payment plan but then could not make the last two payments. They deposited the check I wrote them which cleared.

Then I called to get a refund for the two payments I made. The guy at the corporate in charge of refunds was an idiot. I had to fax my stuff to him three times. The next day the refund was there but for the entire loan and not just half, which was the two payments I made.

I tried to call him back three times but he ignored my calls. I guess he did not want the money back.

Oh well. So sad for them.

I am a former collector with Checksmart and you are talking about Andre Vischak. She is a terrible person, rude, mean, and insulting. She treats all of her employees the same way and is now, unfortunately, the HEAD of Buckeye Title Loan Collections. The audacity is that she has gained her success from being this kind of person.

Angry messages left, calling me by my last name.  No information given, just telling me to call today.  No company name, either!
