Susan Kinston of Cambridge Huxley called several times.  She gave a docket number and threatened to take legal action if we did not give her personal information.  Said she was collecting for cashnet.  I have never heard of cashnet.  She was very unprofessional.  She said she was in Amherst, NY.  Said she would forward it to Miron Co.  The first call she refereced it was Ralph County.    She tried to get me to say my birthdate and the last four digits of my SSN.    Her number is 866 376 4180 x306.

you did the right thing by not verifying any information with susan. again, there is no docket number, no legal action, and nothing will ever be sent to any county or jurisdiction. these are all LIES!!!!!

I did have a payday loan out with Cash Net that I still owed on,and this Company Cambridge Huxley and Associates kept calling and calling and calling to settle this, threating that if I didn't it would go to court.  Being that I know I owed this $200 to Cash Net and veryified with them that they had indeed sold the debt to another company..I made one payment.  The payment did come show on my bank statement as Cambridge Huxley and Associates, it said Integrity Mgt Gr?????????  It had a number next to it, so I've called several times today only to get a voice mail...I've also called Cambridge, Huxley and Associates with various extensions, and no one answers the phones........  I'd like to know what the hell is going on and if my debt to Cash Net is actually getting taken care of or not------and if not who the hell is taking my money!!!!!!!!!

Funny how they harass and harass and always answer until you set up payment plan.....and now can't get a hold of anyone!!!!!

They called and demanded my husband call them.  They also called his place of employment and left messages for him.

They called again today after telling them that they may not call my home or my husbands place of business a "Mr. Rippley" got angry and informed me that they could call where he works if they want too!  Then he did!! I am soooo angry!  After I calmed down I called the receptionist and got their address and fax number to send them a notice to cease communications at which point she told me that since it was a "court" case the cease communications wouldn't work.  I haven't been informed of a court case nor is there one on our states website against us.  How do we stop them from harrassing us??

Just got a call from this number asking to speak with me... however I already know they're trick...these are people trying to scam innocent victims. Funny how they never get the last name right...think about it before trying to pay for something u don't owe.

My mom has been getting calls from an Elizabeth from Cambridge,Huxley & Assoc,too. They have also called her sister,and left a message stating that they were going to issue a warrant for her arrest for check fraud. Can the legally do this? We are in Illinois.

first time they called me i didnt answer. so, they called my younger sister on her cell phone asking for me. she wouldn't verify any information with them so they proceded to tell her that i am being sued in court by them for a debt that i owe from cash net. i believe that this company is fake an no one should verify any information with them. i have since called them numerous times trying to get them to send me some type of actual document in the mail and they never sent anything. so i sent them a letter to cease all communications with me my family and friends and i havent heard from them again.

Cambridge, Huxley & Associates is run by convicted felon Moya Kovic. He is partnered with attorney Rodney Giove collecting on payday loans. They are not a lawfirm, just a bunch pill poppers and joint smokers paid to take money.

I too had a call from 1-866-376-4180.They called my mom's house and said to get a hold of them right away.I tried calling and there was no one to answer the phone,except a voice recording.What the hell is going on?They called me and said that I was in some kind of legal trouble.What do I do next? thanks Turtle

send a certified letter to 85 Northpointe Parkway STE #6 East Amherst NY... unsure on the zip....also make an attorney general complaint on Mr Rippley and the company. Have your husbands employer tell Mr. Rippley if anyone from there office contacts there place of business again they will have there attorney file suit for harrassment under violation of the FDCPA

see if you can get them on recording it was illegal for them to tell your sister about your debt. that is a violation of the FDCPA
