Threatened me for a good month with lawsuits, etc about a year ago...guess what happened...NOTHING...not a damn thing.  These collection agencys need to change up their script a little bit...I swear its the same bullsh *t line from each company..."blah blah blah Investigator...Blah blah blah check fraud...blah blah downloading affadavit....blah blah blah court summons"...it gets old..wheres the creativity...give me something new ya douches LOL

I received a call from Jessica on 12/23/10 saying she was from Cambridge Huxley and that I had until end of business that day to settle account with Outback Bucks.  Told her I have a letter showing I paid the acct in full on July 1, 2010.  She said it was a different account, that I owed $580.  The loan was for $300 so where did the extra $280 come from.  Faxed my bank statement for that time period but blocked my account # and other transactions.  She still said it was not the same account.  I only had one loan with Outback Bucks.  On 12/29/10 I called Jessica and was told she no longer worked there.  Spoke to Abraham Minson-Ellis.  Told him exactly what I told her.  I paid this acct and was not going to pay it again.  I asked for copy of original contract but of course he didn't have that info.  Told him I would see them in court.  On February 16, 2011, got a call at work from Sara about this same account.  I told her she was the 3rd person to contact me about this acct.  Asked where was Abraham and of course he no longer works there.  Faxed her the same info.  Said she would contact "Northern 24" (who is this?) who bought the acct from Outback Bucks.  Asked her for copy of original contract, she sent me a letter saying they had been trying to contact me but I never responded.  Can't respond to what I never received.  .

My mother called me this morning in a panic.  Some a$$*&%% from Cabridge Huxley and ASS. called and harassed her about me.  Claiming they had a petition on me.  I've called 4 times in 30 minutes and can't get the guy who scared my mother to answer me.  From what I just read these people are pursuing pay-day loans.  I don't have a pay day loan.  
I was just wondering if you pursued with a PI and what they found out. I live in Arkansas and if I can't reach them today I will turn them into the Attorney general's office this afternoon.  Our Attorney General shut down all the payday loan places here in AR a couple of years ago.

These people are scamming you like they tried to scam me.  They are pulling your information off websites like spokeo.com and using your personal information to make you believe you owe a debt. Fax them a police report and a letter stating that it's not your debt and they'll leave you alone.

I got a call from 7162136270 also known as cambridge and huxley. I have gotten 3 calls this year alone from fakes like this and I would love it to stop. I googled the number and name and got this website. I learned my lesson the first time.

Don't know who these people are. I have never had a cash advance or anything like that. Don't have a clue what they are talking about. Can't get rid of them.

I just recieved a call from them tomight on my cell stating that they have a claim against me and I need to contact them by tomorrow at 4. Who are these people? I called to see who he was with and the message on the machine sounds very cheap and not profesional at all!! Ill call tomorrow from a pay phone nad I also plan on blocking both numbers from my cell!!

OK, so I have read everyones posts and I have to say that I owe nothing to no one!! I have never taken out a loan and have no reason for these people to be calling me. The number they called me from is 716-213-6270 the number this John Moran left for me to call is 866-241-9765. I dont understand why people are getting so off base with what this posting site is actually about. Number one, if people do have bills that have not been paid, they still do not deserve to be treated less than anyone else. Times are very hard for a lot of us right now and like a post above said, it is all some can do just to provide food and shelter for their family. No one has the right to harass or threaten anyone over a frickin bill!! And anyone who is attempting to scam others for anything is a piece of [***] period! No other way to say it. So anyway lets get back to the focus of why the majority of us came to this site, to see what the hell is going on, warn others if needed of BAD people and to find out if anyone else has had issues with these people. We are not here to bash each other but to help each other. So if you have something valid to say about these people who called me from NewYork, (and I am in Washington state) please let me know.

I just had an insident with this company and let me tell you It was not nice. i fell into this stupid tramp paid something out never got a letter from them.They made an arraingment with me to settle for less,well when I gave them my last and final payment after it was changed by each caller. They nefver put it through my Bank. 3 months later I get a call from the head honchooo threatening and yelling over the phone of how he was going to make me pay in court for 3 grand not the 132.00 that was left to collect. My husband was so mad and when he tried to get on the phone with this man he hanged the phone... I am waiting to see what is their next step... I cantacted the FDCA but was told they don not answer to law suits..Now what?

c h & a seems to be one a$$--- with a professional problem,not having courtesy since they a,have a full time permanent job,apparently dont know whats its like to collect unemployment,and or think their allowed to harras,belittle,and basically put someone down.guy i am dealing with blatantly calls me a liar that i havent obtained legal representation,says im playing some sort of game with him because i wont give him the name of the attorney ive gotten for counsel,and says he feels like im being a 5 yr old kid. tried to set up a payment method with these people,lost job,barely trying to get by on unemployment,and they wouldnt accept partial payment and let a couple days go by til able to get rest of payment to them and solve this problem.that and they called my parents to harass them.i told them not to do that anymore,its not their problem.if they have so many gripes against them,why are they still in business?maybe we call them and harass the heck out of them for a change.the number calling me is 1 866 241 9765.its either take what someone can pay you or realize its going to be a slow process,you cant pay from jail,and you cant get blood from a dried up prune!!

Calling to collect a debt, but not from me.  I have called them several times to Tell them they have the wrong.g number, but they keep calling. Spoke to rep who kept asking me if I knew the person.  These people are awful, someone should sue them for harassment.

This company is considered bottom feeders. I myself am a collector have been for many years and i would never collect like this a debt collectors number 1 rule follow the FDCPA and be respectful as you never know what the debtor is going though. Along with filling  a suit on the company you need to file on the collector themselves. they should know better then this and will never make it at a reputable company. Please know your rights, many of these collectors use fake names so ask questions and drill them, AND DO NOT GIVE ANY BANK INFO because they will use it don't even give them a  prepaid card.

I got threat message from my phone numbers and I don't appreciate it at all and I already reported to Miami Beach Police Department and they take care of it!!!! Ya could be heading to federal prison with help of my powerful allies in Washington DC!!! :)

I can tell right off the jump your just a deadbeat scumbag which how ironic you try to claim debt collectors are the scammers. lol it's people like you that are the scammer. It's sad that the people like you is why these companies have to do what they have to do. Maybe you should look up in your "pictionary" that debt collectors DO NOT just work on commission. Had you had any sense you'd know that the commission is additional. Get a life and a real job besides laying on your back and hustling for $$ and then maybe you wouldn't have to falsely take out payday loans you never intend to pay back. Everyone wants to cry how were in recession, well stop making government agencies bail out these companies because your to much of a loser to pay the bills that you incur. It's people like you that make me laugh! Ha ha you probably live out in bumfuck alabama or compton and too damn broke to even afford a decent apartment, probably living in the projects or boonies you [***] loser get a life lol!
