- ecweilerHi,
I too ordered tea...and I paid over $80.00 for two boxes. Nowhere did it say that there was a monthly fee. I got numerous emails from them even before I received the tea, and I deleted them all as I was not interested in anything but the tea. I have been charged twice the $19.95 fee, and I called my credit card company. They gave me the number 1-866-396-5711. I called at 9:00 am and got through immediately. I did not give them a chance at all. I told them they fraudulently used my credit card and if these charges were not reversed immediately, I would contact my lawyer. I received an email saying all charges were being reversed. I own my own business, and this is not the way to do business. I actually would have bought more tea if this had not happend. - Petluver replies to VanessaThe same thing happened to me! I called 866-396-5711, and was not able to get talk to anyone about the charge. I was on the phone with this person for 1/2 hour, and I couldn't get any anwers. He kept trying to get me to give him the last four digits of my S.S. number. I told him I wasn't comfortable giving that information, since I didn't know who I was talking to. He got my credit card number, which was dumb of me. Since I talked to him, I called my credit card company, and they tried to call the number. They wouldn't tell the credit card company who they were. She said it sounded shady. So, I cancelled my acct., and am getting a new number.
- FallonI received the same charge, chatted with the customer service rep live on their website and he assured me that i would no longer be charged. i e-mailed living lean to cancel, hopefully it actually works. i definitely don't need to get the run around! I ordered the tea and drank my 2 glasses a day, all it did was serve as a diuretic (made me pee alot)and that was it! i recommend just drinking water or regular tea or green tea, it does the same thing!!

- SpinceI am glad to know that I am not the only one caught up in this mess. I called and cancelled my scrip when I got the tea. I have sinced been charged twice for $19.95 I have also gotten 2 charges of $1.05 from some Bill something. Someone mentioned these charges also. Check your statements, you may not have noticed because it is such a small charge. These charges add up. I have chatted live with some guy named "Shane" Some help he was........ I will continue to call these people. And I will contact the Attorney General.
- MargieTo whom it may concern,
I did not get a phone call I got a letter in the mail with a card but I sent it back and I looked on my account and I was charged 19.95- Caller: lean las vegas
- CrystalI just looked at my credit card statement and saw that Living Lean charge. I had no clue what it was. So I googled it and found this site. I tried to talk w/WuYi and they said I had to contact this Living Lean I told them I found a site that many having issues with them and this other company. So thanks for no help and trust me I will be spreading the word about their scam, with my credit card company (which they said all I needed to do was send them a letter and theyll investigate), the Bureau of Good Business, my Attorney General and everyone I know. Then he decided that they could cancel my subscription and I will be receiving an email about my refund. Either way though I will be reporting them and so shouldn't everyone else.
- MARY PARISH| 1 replyI GET CALLS ALL THE TIME AND A CHARGE ON MY CARD FOR $19.95 EACH MONTH. hOW DO I STOP THIS DEDUCATION? THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN LEND ME.

- franI have the same exact story as all of you ! this Wu-Yi tea company sucks!
- maria replies to Deedid your bank help you with that trans.back in your acc. i used my husbands credit card and now there is alot of billing's for living lean
- Kim replies to ANNETTE| 1 replyI think the best thing to do is cancel your card and get a new one. I called Living Lean and demanded my refund for $19.95 and they said it would be processed in 3-5 business days. I also made sure to cancel with Wu-Yi source who also provided me with a RMA#. I will be cancelling my credit card and requesting a new one though just as soon as I get the $19.95 refunded. It is quite sad that this is a scam though because my sister actually lost 24lbs drinking the tea.
- Sue replies to BSMSAME EXACT THING HAPPENED TO ME. Dispute the charges and have the bank call them and take care of the issues. Keep ALL documentation!
- FGarvin| 1 replyI filed a fraud claim against them. I found a charge for $9.85 on my bank statement and I have never heard of them. They came up listed as Smarttemplatespro.Com. The website says it is down for maintenance. Big time scam. Not sure how they got my card number but I cancelled my card.
- ALI too found a charge of $19.95 on my account today and phoned living lean and got the same story about being automatically enrolled with them as a result of buying the Wu-Yi tea.
The customer service rep was quite helpful and cancelled my account and gave me a confirmation code.Much to my distaste I'll have to eat the charge....a lesson learned to read the small print in the future !!! - lily replies to Connieyeah, its such a scam and it really annoys me.i gotta cancel my creditcard simply just because of this CRAP!!WHAT A DAY!..really hate it when this happens.........
- NathalieGThis number is from the the wu source tea. The charge on your credit card would be $19.95...not for the tea, but for the Web site: www.selfhelpworks.com that you register too by buying the oolong tea.
I did cancel the shipments for the tea, a while ago, but this charge, did not know about. I just called them and they cancelled it.- Call type: Unwanted

- kate replies to MARY PARISHi am struggling with this also...if it's a credit card call and ask that they cxl the existing card..transfer any purchases that you have made to your new card? you will probably have to write a letter to their fraud dept..but as soon as yu cxl your card unwanted purchases will stop. if it's a check/card. call your bank ask for a new card...you will also have to write a letter. this is what i have done.
