OMG, that just happened to me! I got billed for the shipping of the  intial box.
Then the 29.95 fee for the first box. And today I log onto to my acct to see a living lean $19.95 fee from I don't know where!?! ANd another charge for $34.90 for ~um for what, never received a 2nd box of tea, WTF!? I called my bank to dispute this living lean charge and they canclled my card thank goodness. Now my bank is doing fraud research and hopefully will credit my acct for my overdrawn fee and this $19.95! I just emailed WU Yi to "cancel" subscription and will wait 48 hours to contact them via phone again! What a fricken nightmare and RIP! I wish I would have found this site before signing up!

That's why they say read the fine print.
All the pop-up that come up when placing the order are there for a reason. lol...anyway...they gave me a refund with no problem and also a confirmation on request.

I do feel bad for everyone who has gotten taken by this company, I got nailed too. If you take the time to read the terms and conditions link at the very bottom, it does go into detail about the auto enrollment in living lean and the continued charges. I am thankful that I only lost about $70 dollars. For those that are expecting refunds, good luck, I hope you get them.

I got exactly the same charge on my credit card on 3/16, I never heard of them and I have no clue how they were able to charge my card.  I filed a dispute with my credit card company.  Hopefully they'll be caught and shut down before they steal too much money.

I just went searching for this whole Living Lean Las Vegas thing because it came up as an alert for an online purchase which I did not make. So did you have any luck in getting them to stop or did you have to report fraud to all of your accounts and have to start over?  As for the Wu-Yi thing I have also been getting that for a couple of months now trying to decide if I can find it cheaper or not. Until 30 minutes ago I had never had the "living lean" thing be charged to my account. Question though. If that address is legit for the tea then that makes no sense because the address on my tea shipments has been from a different state. You see I live within a 5 mile radius of that Ontario Mills Address for the tea and I can almost assure you that it is a Post office Box from Mail Boxes Excetra

i just called LIVING LEAN 1-866-396-5711. it seems that in the tea agreement they KNOW we wont read there is a free trial for Living lean and then auto membership after 30 days. she originally refused to refund the 19.95 but i insisted i was going to fill a dispute and a claim with the BBA. she gave me a courtesy refund and a con number that should be fixed in 3-5 biz days

I just found a charge for 19.95 from IW Living Lean Las Vegas.  I disputed the charge with my bank and they temporarily credited my account while they perform an investigation.  I just got home and googled Living lean.  From your messages, I just discovered it was linked to Wu Yi Tea.  I too had bought 2 orders of the tea.  I was under the impression that it was a 30 day trial offer and that I was only charged for shipping and handling for the first order - then, if I liked it, I would be charged the regular price for any additional orders.  I had found 2 charges of 29.95 on my credit card so I had been expecting a new shipment in the mail.  I am concerned that they are going to charge me for future month's supplies.
I tried calling the number listed on my credit card statement for the Living Lean Las Vegas.  After 3 rings, it gave me the fax machine sound.  How do we get out of this scam?  I am embarrassed to have become a victim of such a scam.

A charge for $9.85 appeared on my CC statement for SMARTTEMPLATESPRO.COM. I never dealt with them or heard of them. The website says it's under construction. I contacted my CC company, got the charge removed and had my account # changed. Looks like this "company" has some kind of scam going on. If it happens to you, make sure you let your CC co. know about this and for them to investigate.

I didn't get a call but I have been billed 19.95 once a month since january. i payed 54.95 and shipping and handling for the Wu-Yi tea. I was fine with that. Then I saw a few unknown billings to my debit card. Now I finally notice it. They said that I would only be billed for 54.95 and the shipping and handling and thats all.

I had this on my statement as well, and didnt realize that it was associated with this stupid tea...the tea that doesn't even work. I just spoke with Daniel and cancelled my tea subscription and he informed me to speak with living lean. I think that this is horrible business practice and you should be fully aware if there is going to be a reoccuring charge on your statement and you should have the opprotunity to opt out of that charge. I work for a credit card company and see this on a daily basis that numerous different companies sneak this in there, and one customer even said that there might be a class action law suit about companies that do this...so keep your eyes out. Good luck to every one I hope that you all get your money back.

I am working on tring to get my refund back for the tea that I ordered as well. I too got 2 orders of tea from Wu Yi. The only reason I got 2 shipments is because the day after i ordered the "free trial" online I recieved an e-mail saying that my order was incomplete and that I needed to do it again so I did. In about a week I recieved both boxes of tea. Later I noticed that 2 charges for $6.95 were debited from my account. I didn't think much of it till I was charged the 29.95 for each shipment at that time I called and cancelled my subscriptions. Albert from Wu Yi customer service said to send the tea back via ups or usps in order to get my refund. He also told me to call back in about two days with the tracking number to my package to prove I sent the tea back. He told me when they recieve the tea I will get my money back. He also said since I opened one of the boxes that I will only get 85% of what I was charged for that box and I will get back a 100% of what I was charged for the unopened box. As for the Living Lean charge I called and I could not my money back because I did not call back within the "trial" period, but I cancelled my subscription to them as well. When I called customer service for Living Lean I was informed that I was being charged to visit and use their website and she asked me if I would like to visit the site befor I cancelled. It doesn't make sense to pay to visit a website. The whole thing is giving me a migraine. After what I hearing from all of you I hope to get my money back. I am also going to call and report them to the FTC and see what they can do about it.

i saw this on my statement today and immediately googled it and came across this site. i phoned living lean and got through immediately, she gave me a confirmation number and said no more charges would be made. Then i went on wu yi's live chat and asked to cancel, he said that i am now canceled from the autoship but will have to pay for 2 more shipments of tea as part of my first autoship order.
    ?
after cancelling both wu yi and living lean, did anyone have problems with continuing charges???  It would be a hassle for me to cancel my CC.
