- dan261 replies to SYMPATHYif you don't get these calls, why are are you on this website, mush-for-brains?
- Concerned Citizen replies to SYMPATHYIt seems that you have no compassion nor have ever been in a situation where you were without the financial means to pay your bills. I pay my bill with them on time and they STILL call. All of these people, except you, are correct. This is one of the worst companies with which I have ever had to try to communicate.
As for you, I will pray that you find it within your heart to not put down those less fortunate and put your money where your mouth is. Those who constantly degrade others are usually very insecure themselves. - PatTired of getting these calls they start at 8:30 am and continue all day, sometimes 4 - 6 times a day. Really tired of this!!!

- Odd jeep| 1 replyI have my car loan through fifth third bank, I have never been late with a payment but when I take a little longer to pay they start calling incessantly. They start at 7:00 am and call as late as 9:30 pm they will not leave a message, just hang up and call again later when I answer the phone I get a woman with a thick accent demanding to know my name, phone number(she called me) and credit card and checking account routing numbers. She is very rude and hard to understand, and when I tell her I am not going to give her any information she can't understand why. They need to pull their collective heads out of their butts, and put their call center in the U.S. I will never do business with fifth third again!

I asked them to delete my number from thier list and was told they would.nt do that. I felt Fith Third Mortgage company was very uncompationate with my situation.

- LoriNO ! this is not a collections agency . They claim to be 5/3rd bank and We have NO outstanding bills . If they were an agency they would have no reason to ask for peoples Social Security #'s because they would already have all this information. Get real people you are being scamed ! And if you give them your number because you do have bad credit then you have more then bad credit , You no have identity theft along with it . Get caller ID and don;t answer this number !!!!!!!!!!!!!! All of you need to report it to your Attorney General ! That is 866-450-0037 . I had the sherrif in my town call and he just punched oooo's till he got a person on the line . Everyone do that and harrass them back.....
- Caller: Fraudulant !
- SumpfI have an answering machine and caller ID. If there is no company name and no message I have other machines to either block the number or send it to an automatic answer machine on first ring. The machine that blocks numbers is rather expensive but answering machines are cheep.
Train yourself not to be a automatic responder to a phone bell. People have lost a lot of business from me if they answer a phone if I am setting there as a customer. There is something Pavlov's dog about a phone ringing.
When I saw who is was I found I forgot to pay a bill. Recent radiation treatment has caused me to be a bit flaky.- Caller: 5/3 Bank
- Call type: Event reminder
- Rita RobertsDo not call me unless you identify yourself with Caller Id. If no name appears I do not answer.
- Caller: Fifth third Bank
- Call type: Debt collector
- IreneI suspected this was not my bank, because 5/3 would never call ME asking me to enter my Social Security #. I called the customer service number for my bank and reported it. They confirmed it was NOT them, that they are a fishing scam looking for your information to use for identity theft!

https://800notes.com/faq/state-do-not-call - TedI had the misfortune for having my car loan sold to fifth third bank and ever since they called all the time before the monthly loan payment is due. My advice to everyone is not do business with them if you can help it. Sometime you cannot because consumer loans are sold everyday without the consent of the customer. The customer should have the choice of whom they want to do business with and not be forced to deal with scam businesses.
- StevenDO NOT RESPOND TO THESE CALLS if you are either up to date with your 5/3 monthly obligations or do not owe them.
These calls are from outside the US and are doing what is referred to as spoofing caller ID number. This means the caller ID is not from the real person/location at the other end.
Do you want your identity taken? Simply return the call number they give you.- Caller: Who Knows For Sure...
