- BrittanyI had the same issue, I was 6 days late because they didn't get my check, because they don't allow online banking. The harassing calls started... I transferred the money after the first call. The person did not speak English well, so I asked him where he was calling from, COSTA RICA. Since it was normal business hours I promptly asked to be transferred to a person in AMERICA. They said no problem and I spoke with the bank and voiced my concerns. The person I spoke to saw my account as currant and apologized. The calls continued, and I just started messing back with them. Since I keep my cell phone off during most business hours I only suffered through 3 calls. But ALWAYS ask to speak with someone in AMERICA they are required by law to transfer you.

- Anynomous replies to AgravatedThey call my boss every day 3 or 4 times a day!!!! She has spoken with a rep and told them that she has mailed the check for final payment. No one makes any notes in their system at all. She was on vacation last week and they called every day 3 or 4 times a day even with me telling them she was not here!!!! She even received a final pay out notice via fax and THEY KEEP CALLING!!!! THIS IS HARRASMENT!!!

There was a lot of static. It sounded fraudulent, so I hung up. Today I'm getting calls from 859-647-4210. I wonder if they're working together ?! Annoying.

- ks replies to Harrass Me No MoreThey are a crooked company and will even go as far as to force overdrafts because they get commissions off of them or they will take payments and really direct them so they can repo a car and get more fees. I know this because of two things 1 a former employee filled me in and 2 they did it to me.

Not only that, I received an email telling me if I made 3 online payments within 90 days, I would receive $150 within 2 weeks of the 90 day period. IT DID NOT SAY ANY WHERE IN THE EMAIL THAT I NEED ED TO LOG INTO MY 5TH/3RD INTE RENT OR MOBILE ACCOUNT TO BE QUALIFIED. I USED MY BANK CARE AND WENT ONLINE 2 PAY MY BILLS. I FOUGHT WITH THEM, SHOWER THEM THE WEBSITE. THEY SAID IT WAS IN THE BROUCHER, WHICH I NEVER RECIEVED!! COMPLETELY RIP OFF!!

Every time I answer they just hang up. They never leave a message either. I have my car loan with 5/3 bank and I have my payments all pre-scheduled on their website so I don't understand why they'd be calling me.
