They have been calling four times a day, but  I don*t answer any 1800 #.

I had the same issue, I was 6 days late because they didn't get my check, because they don't allow online banking. The harassing calls started... I transferred the money after the first call. The person did not speak English well, so I asked him where he was calling from, COSTA RICA. Since it was normal business hours I promptly asked to be transferred to a person in AMERICA. They said no problem and I spoke with the bank and voiced my concerns. The person  I spoke to saw my account as currant and apologized. The calls continued, and I just started messing back with them. Since I keep my cell phone off during most business hours I only suffered through 3 calls. But ALWAYS ask to speak with someone in AMERICA they are required by law to transfer you.

I've gotten no less than 5 calls from this number this afternoon, all coming up as Unknown and restricted, no voicemails left. I don't answer calls while at work especially from unknown numbers. It has become harassment to an extreme.

Never heard of this bank....they keep calling, I don't answer unknown calls. I only have one bank and one credit card, hard enough time keeping up with that. So it is a scam or trying to get me to join them or just want to tell me what a beautiful day this is but I already know that too.

They call my boss every day 3 or 4 times a day!!!! She has spoken with a rep and told them that she has mailed the check for final payment.  No one makes any notes in their system at all.  She was on vacation last week and they called every day 3 or 4 times a day even with me telling them she was not here!!!!  She even received a final pay out notice via fax and THEY KEEP CALLING!!!! THIS IS HARRASMENT!!!

this number calls us almost daily.it is getting annoying.

This number called yesterday and I answered.   It was a middle-Eastern sounding gentlemen asking if I'd already sent my payment, but did not say what company he was with.   There was a lot of static.   It sounded fraudulent, so I hung up.   Today I'm getting calls from 859-647-4210.   I wonder if they're working together ?!   Annoying.

This is nowhere near the depression. Quit trying to blame other people for your problems.

I.D. says Fifth Third Bank calling 6 or more times a day at all hours.  If you pick it up no one is there.  My mother is very ill and does not need this crap.  I have to take the phone off the hook for her to get rest. What can I do???

They are a crooked company and will even go as far as to force overdrafts because they get commissions off of them or they will take payments and really direct them so they can repo a car and get more fees.  I know this because of two things 1 a former employee filled me in and 2 they did it to me.

No, they are scammers trying to get your bank account and SSN. Report them. They will refer you to another number that is tied into it. Always deal with a local branch.

Same thing happened to me about 6 months ago and it's bs!! Not only that, I received an email telling me if I made 3 online payments within 90 days,  I would receive  $150 within 2 weeks of the 90 day period. IT DID NOT SAY ANY WHERE IN THE EMAIL THAT I NEED ED TO LOG INTO MY 5TH/3RD INTE RENT OR MOBILE ACCOUNT TO BE QUALIFIED. I USED MY  BANK CARE AND WENT ONLINE 2 PAY MY BILLS. I FOUGHT WITH THEM, SHOWER THEM THE WEBSITE. THEY SAID IT WAS IN THE BROUCHER, WHICH I NEVER RECIEVED!! COMPLETELY RIP OFF!!

These people have been calling me 3 times a day for the past three days in a row (friday, saturday, and sunday) and now they're calling me today (monday). Every time I answer they just hang up. They never leave a message either. I have my car loan with 5/3 bank and I have my payments all pre-scheduled on their website so I don't understand why they'd be calling me.
