- croach2They have called me twice. The second time I answered and no one was on the other side. I kept saying "hello" and no one answered.
- YCGoberI've been getting calls from this number but they never leave a message
- brianMy first time, did not answer.
On sprint cell phone. - mikefive calls in two days...
- Caller: sprint
- Call type: Unwanted
- KatelynAh, good to see I'm not the only one, jeezith.
Answered them but no response. 4:24. - Gaillots of "missed calls" from 866 463 3021 and 3020. How irritating. And yes, Sprint is my provider.
- Caller: Sprint?
- Audrey| 1 replyHave received calls for the last two days. I didn't answer, and no message was left. I just registered my mobile phone on DNC list. My service provider is also Sprint. Will keep my fingers crossed that the calls stop. Good luck to all.
- another sprint customer replies to JonI am with sprint and even though my cell is on the do not call list I have recently been receiving calls from 866-463-3021, about 3x a day. One time I answered - they were trying to sell me another line on my phone. I told them I was not interested, but they keep calling. I no longer answer when they call and they never leave a message. I hate to call sprint as you always have to wait forever before you get a person at the other end. Maybe it would help going to the nearest sprint office (which in my case is 15 miles away)?
- Jen replies to AudreyI have just started receiving the calls as well. My contract is up next month, just might be time to change carriers! BTW, the DNC list does not apply to places you have an existing business relationship with currently, such as your cable co., cell phone provider etc...
- SnoopyI've been getting calls from this number everyday while I'm at work. I never answer because I do not recognize the number and they never leave a message.
- Harrashed by UnknownI've gotten 3 calls from 866-463-3021. Today, I answered the phone and no one spoke. If this is Sprint calling us, then we should start a class action lawsuit against them for harrashment. We can't block our caller ID on Sprint, so why should Sprint be able to call us at anytime and use up our phone minutes in complete anonymity? I am sure this is a violation of the Federal Communications Commission and Federal Trade Commission. Let's hire a class-action lawyer and sued the pants off Sprint!
- AJ Dumott| 1 replyI kept getting these calls from this number 866-563-3021. But when I answer there is no one there, but the line just hangs open, SILENTLY, for as long as I stay on the phone. At first I thought it was just a wrong number but then I programmed that number into my phone as ANNOYING so I would know if that exact number called again. It didnt call for the next few days.
Then I thought it might be one of those numbers that calls and hangs up the hopes you'll see it and call them back. I did that a few years ago and unknowingly called Canada and the next month had $23 in phone charges to Canada and $180 to Sweden. I dont know anyone is Sweden! Apparently the scammers had some way of hijacking my landline after I had hung up, and making a call which was then billed to my line. Luckily the phone company took it off my bill but I've been very careful about calling unfamiliar numbers ever since.
About a week later the ANNOYING number started calling everyday, so I quite answering, they never, ever leave a message. Which is wierd, because when I answer the line stays open until I disconnect the call, but when my voice mail answers it somehow disconnects before the recording can kick in. Wierd.
I've tried calling Sprint to see if this number can be blocked but they always seem to have a 20 minute wait time and I give up. This is if I can get the phone to stay connected through all their automated menus. Sometimes I wonder if they really have that many people waiting or if its just another way for them to run up our cell minutes.
I'm thinking of sending them an email. At least I wouldn't be wasting cell minutes on hold.- Caller: sprint?
- Call type: Telemarketer
- redI have been getting calls from 866-463-3021 and its irritating as hell. I wish they would not call me if they were not going to leave a message.
- JuanitaI have no idea how someone even got my cell phone number as I have not given it out but the above number has called me repeatedly. My suspicion is that Sprint is giving my number to some telemarketers as I have received calls from another number - 662-690-2281 - also.
- ReavenkI got called at work and some woman, who sounded like a foreign auctioneer, started yelling straight gibberish at the top of her lungs kept on going on and on. I’m even quite sure she wasn’t even speaking a real language.
- RichSolicitation to add another line from Sprint. You can call back and hit 6 if you are not interested and (hopefully) they won't call again.

- JojoOkey...I got a phone from that number 866-463-3021. So it is from Spring Huh! I will let them know about this.
I did not have any problems from Verizon like this in Sprint. This is very annoying.- Caller: Sprint???
- Michelle replies to AJ DumottI've been getting those calls since before I switched to a new phone a few months ago - remained on Sprint - and they were calling within the first week just to try to sell me a new phone. Hello, look at your records! They should see that I'd just gotten a new one. Then they try to sell you one for someone else that you might know. Well my theory is that if you're old enough to have a cell phone then you're old enough to shop for one yourself.
I have programmed these numbers in my phone under "Sprint Telemarketing" and then set the ringer to NONE for any of those numbers! That way I only see it when it's missed and I'm not disturbed by it. - dmhrbhI just got off the phone with Sprint. These calls are not from Sprint or Nextel. These calls are from unauthorized people trying to misrepresent Sprint and scam you. Please call Sprint or Nextel to report this problem & the phone numbers - they can trace the calls and prosecute.
