This number keeps calling my phone number and I am on the federal no call list! I don't know them. They are a scam. Don't call them back.

They won't stop.

These so called collection agencies are actually debt buyers.  They buy debts knowing that most people don't know this.  I asked them to send me anything in writing that proves I owe them this money and they have yet to produce anything.  The reason for this is I don't owe them--I owe the previous company which sold off the debt.  There is NO contract with this agency so hate it for you.  And then it was from before I got married and 25 years ago----WAY past the statute of limitations for my state.  They are just bottom feeding scum that can't make money the legitimate way.

A COLLECTION AGENCY...is a scam...silly; besides they are probably calling a relative or friend of the BILL owner...it's a vampire sucker business don't you know?

...yeah...and charge them $20 an hour for all that work too?  Get real...who is silly enough to do all that?

I LOVE them soooooooo much I dont bother calling them back..I use to call these numbers back...But now I just laugh at the messages and delete them!!!

Received another telephone call from our friends at Stephen and Michael today.

I just blocked their telephone number and when they call me number again, they will receive a terse message indicating their number has been blocked.

These butt wipes called me a few weeks ago the first time. I was expecting a call from an 800-type number so I answered. Quickly figured out it wasn't who I was waiting for so I told them she (actually me) was in the hospital, I was her sister, could I take a message.  Rather than leaving a name and number this jerk wants to know why she's in the hospital, why I am answering her cell phone (how the he** did he know it was a cell?), why couldn't I just hand her the phone, blah, blah, blah....

I told him in no uncertain terms the answers to all of those questions was none of his da** business did he want to leave a message or not. He then gave me his name and number and said she needed to call him back immediately about a personal business matter. I told him to send it in writing. He got ugly, said she needed to call him back in the next 10 minutes. I told him to go screw himself. He got even uglier. Long story short, never got anything in writing from these idiots, nothing on credit report (course it wouldn't be if its past SOL), they continue to call and leave blank voice mails. They can go jump.

they are asking for someone that I don't know, nor have I ever heard off them,  maybe I've been given their  old phone number?? Just wish they would take my number off their list and stop pestering me.

Why would someone take practically worthless insurance on unsecured credit card debt? The credit card take a gamble and charge interest according to the perceived risk when they open the revolving charge account. If the economy turns down, fuc'em. The banks are the 1st ones to line up whining to the government when their business risks become real. Who helps the middle class??? You know, the middle class which drives 70% of the economic activity in the US.

The banks have the balls to complain when their business deals go south but the middle class gets nothing but the bill. Hell. two bills, their outstanding obligations and the tax obligation to bail out the [***] banks...

People, you are being played ...

All those words ...... and still no one pays you! That must be very frustrating....Add to that the statute of limitations and phone blocking technology, wow your job must really suck!

I almost (almost) feel bad for you.... almost.

I have told these people MANY TIMES that they have the wrong person! I have now put it in writing via email and I WILL turn them in if I get another call.  They even called my husband's cell phone (I'm guessing they some how got his number from our cell phone bill).  I've had my number for over 7 years, so whomever they're trying to collect from either gave them my number or the supposed debt is over 7 years old.

Called and asked for someone who didn't live here I said I'm sorry no one by that name lives here and he said you mean to tell me that you don't know**** and I told him I'm pretty sure I just said he didn't live here-.- jerk no one in my home is in debt

Everyday keeps calling looking for someone that has my last name but no one has the first name in my household or family. The message says this message is for (person) not us. Not going to call back if it's not for me.

We keep getting bill collector phone calls at our number for a "Joseph Mac Redmond" (not sure about the spelling). This person does NOT live at our home, nor do we know of such person. We have recently moved and this is our new phone number. PLEASE STOP calling our home number to collect a debt from this person, he does NOT reside at this phone number. I tried to return the call, but it's not available and the call is a recorded msg. so I never can actually speak with a real live person to explain this. PLEASE, PLEASE STOP calling this number 518-752-5713

This is to those that quick to judge those that when life happens, such as a death,divorce, loss of a job...things happen....
