I just called them 50 times. it made me feel a little better wasting the companies time.

These scumbags have been calling me at all hours of the day for the past four months.  90% of the time i answer and all I get is dead air.  When I do get someone on the phone I ask them to remove my number as I am on the DNC list.  All I get is sure no problem.  Yet again it is another day with another phone call from these scumbags.  I also get junk mail from these people.  Ironically I use it to start the fire in my fireplace.

The total count on my MISSED call log from these [***] is now 30 since Mar. 2 2012.  They've called me 30 freakin' times. What the hell?  What's their end game?  Do they really think I'm going to do business with them?  Like Uncle Ted says....Are you kiddin' me?

Well it does, because they call my cell number all the time. I even told them that my husband is the VP of a mortgage company and to remove me from their list. No such luck, they still call me every single day.

866-812-6662, got this call at work, was extremely busy, I didn't answer, just waited.  After about a minute and a half, some one finally asked for an employee.  Informed them it was an Operating Room and whoever he was trying to call he needed to call them on their private phone. He finally hung up, I AM VERY PERSISTENT!  If you answer right away they usually hang up immediately.  This way you can try to engage them, instead of them engaging you.
All of you complaining that you are on the do not call list: The National Do Not Call Registry is managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). This is the same agency that governs debt collections.
Write these fools a CEASE and DESIST letter. Here is their address:

There are lots of sample letters on line, tailor one to your situation.  What ever you do, don't mention your name, just that you want them to stop calling for any one at any time at your number and this includes computer generated calls. You don't need to give them any info that they don't already have.

It works for Debt Collectors, should work for telemarketers. The FTC governs both.

Here is what we all need to ... You have heard of Flash Mob?  Why not get about 5 to 10 thousand of us and start calling them back all day and night.  Or buy our own robo caller and let just keep dialing them all night long

I just got call from this number tonight. Called back and they said they were mortgage investors what ever I hung up right away.I hope the calls won't continue. It's weird they have

Even when i tell people how old i am and i don't have any veterans and i would like them to stop calling me when they called me today this guy was so rude to me just when i tried to say that this is not the phone number that they are trying to reach

They will keep calling back until they have you under there contract thing

i get calls from them weekly, today i had a voicemail, listened to it and heard what sounded like wind, and some music ? i have never answered the call and never plan too. so i texted the number saying "who is this?" got no answer then texted again saying "look i have no idea who you are but please quit calling you are wasting your time" and got no answer so i was looking through the comments above and saw that someone went to there websight as so did i. i talked to someone through live chat, gave them my complaint and they said i need your number to fix the problem, so i gave it to them, and they told me it was put on the "do not call list" so hopefully it will be resolved.

My housekeeper informed me that I had been receiving calls from this number for sometime now. The caller ID only identifying as "Unknown". Each time she answered using the greeting " **my last name** Residence" the caller disconnected.

First order of business was to report this caller using the Do Not Call Registry. Next order of business was to call the number and ask to speak to a supervisor. After all the person answering the phone is just trying to do his or her job. Once I reached a supervisor I asked for his full name (by law they have to provide their name, phone number and business address). This information should be recorded along with time and date.

I explained to him that I had received numerous hang up calls from this number. I requested my phone number be removed from their call list immediately. I made him aware that I had filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry and if I received another call from them I would pursue legal action.

They "get" your number by putting a block of telephone numbers in a computer (auto-dialer) and turn it loose.

I, too, went to their website and CONTACT.  I chatted with an operator who promised to remove my number. He was polite and the convo took 30 seconds

They are Mortgage Investors of America, I have blocked their number from my cell phone, but they still manage to get through, which means they are spoofing the # that shows up on the caller ID (which is supposedly illegal). So now, I answer every time and tell whoever is on the line that I am masturbating and to keep talking, that it's helping. I then do the heavy breathing and moaning until they hang up.

i went to http://www.mortgageinvestors.com/, called the number they have listed on the site, did NOT give them my name, but i told them i was receiving harassing calls, and they asked for my number, apologized, and added me to the do not call list. hopefully this will work for you all too

I received a robo call from this number.  When I answered I got a dial tone.  These unwanted call are very annoying and we have our phone number on the "DO NOT CALL LIST"..

I'm on the "do not call" list, and I add my numbers to that website frequently.  This number called me at 11:00 PM.  And that was west coast time.  Had I been in TX where my cell number is from, I would've been woken up at 1:00 AM.

I have gotten Many calls from this caller.  How can I get him to stop?  I don't answer calls I do not know.
