the lowest low life scams.  these people don't deserve to breath my air.  I wish the nothing but the worst most painful and slowest death.  get a real job losers.

This thread shows deceptive and unfair business practices. Failure to disclose business identity, failure to send debt validation, harassing family, friends, elderly and uninformed. How bout we just say anything that has to do with debt collection and  state and federal consumer protection you can find here. May be part of http://www.healthcarepp.com/contact/ You see it's useless to try contacting them so try complaints to their BBB and your state and federal consumer protection agencies. Rules, there are no rules.

Medical Debt Collector (Medical Revenue Service) - left a cut off message.  I called back the same number and a lady answered.  She asked me to confirm my home address.  She had all of my info (hospital name, date of care, amount due (correct), amount insurance has paid, etc.).  I called the hospital and they confirmed that they turned by account over to Medical Revenue Service.

Called to discuss a "personal business matter" of my husband's but refused to identify themselves. Wanted me to verify all of our personal data. When I refused unless they told me who they were, they hung up.

cheerfully blocked these dolts on my panasonic phone.

I have asked them several times to stop calling me regarding some one else's medical bills. next step is to file a motion against them for harassment.

Im in the excite same boat draw disability. I stay sick in out of doctor offices all the time have to have surgery ever four to six mths on my bladder. I cant afford to pay any more than what i already do.

They can call all they want i want be answering them. You cant get blood out of a turnip! I just dont have it. Nothing i can do about it either.btw they slways over charge ins companies as it is. Many dont have no type of ins. They should b happy with what our insurance pay them. The rest they csn write off. They wasting there time calling my number!!

I was told at the end of the year whst ever is still owed gets written off any ways. They over charge those of us that has ins. So they should b happy with what they have gotten.

This is a scam, preys on elderly people saying there is a debt.  Report to the police.

These people called me twice. It is Medical Revenue Service. When I called back (they never left a message)

They knew who I was when I called, but wanted me to confirm my Date of Birth and year. I told them I did not know who they were and refused to verify any information without more detail. They told me without providing this, I was refusing to cooperate.

I will not provide any of my personal information to ANYONE with out know who they are. I explained that if they want to send me something in writing, since apparently they have my information that will be fine, and was told no. I was not cooperating and they were going to mark in my file. WHAT FILE???

They call but never leave a message they change the number but when you google the number it Is the same as the Credit Collectors Services who have called earlier I don't owe anyone they ask for a Michael I tell them no one buy that name lives here so stop calling and take me off of the call list they haven't listened yet so going to figure how to block the number..

How did this company get my work number?  The girl who is calling me daily is rude and used foul mouthed language.  How can I get this stopped?

The next time she calls, demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If she refuses, let her know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get this information for you and sue her and her employer for harassment.

They called all it did when answered was ring then no one said anything. Its annoying
