This is a collection agency from the ST. Louis Area. If this is between them and your son and you pay your own phone bill
Reporting them to the BBB is a lost cause. If you want to get some real action the State Attorney Generals Office in your
state is a good place to start. Also the Federal Gov. has a great web site too. I learned a lot of ways some years back on
how to deal with these jerks and I use them against them and it works too. No one has to deal with a collection agency no
one they have no leverage on anyone. Read The Federal Trade Commissions laws on this IDIOTS and they will tell you
how to deal with there crap

You are right. Deal with Mercy be sure to get all needed info when dealing with mercy. Do not deal with a collection agency.

This company is called Valarity I believe and Mercy uses them to collect.

I called them back and they asked me for account numbers. I asked them what they and what they were for. They gave me account numbers. They were totally different and would not tell me what they were for and hung up. My ex is having the same problem. He is ready to pay a bill that he has no idea who it's for to get it off his credit score. I think the scammers are getting smarter. Be wear.

Oh really?  If only things were that simple.  Unfortunately they aren't and some people have a harder time dealing with certain things. You know people come on websites like this to find useful information on things they're questioning.  People like you are what's wrong with the world today..  so judgmental and rude.  You think you have everything figured out in life?  By your comment,  you insinuate that you don't have any problems with debt collectors.  So tell me genius,  why are you even on a website that is all about debt and its collectors?  I'm sure I speak for everyone on here when I say we can all live without your "brilliant wisdom" so you can go find something else to do to stroke your ego.

Valarity from Mercy from St Louis....a collection agency

Several calls from this number. Blowing up my cell. Told them I was not the person they were looking for and please don't call, they continue to call. I am a senior and am debt free, don't have any outstanding debt. I just want them to stop already. Keep calling, but I still don't have her number.

They called me too. they were with a hospital and asked me for money or they would report me to collections. Soeone somewhere gave them their number and someone must have pressed a wrong button.

Company is a collection agency, Valarity.  I am a care taker for a 94 yr old woman.  They keep calling here and she has medicare and a supplement.  she doesn't owe any medical bills! I have explained this several times and they keep calling!  They are rude as well!!  If it keeps up, I will not only be calling the BBB, I will be calling her representative!

They have been calling me twice a day for quite some time. When they call they want my DOB and it's not happening! The caller says it's about a business deal. The only bill I owe is my house note! I will go to the Mercy hospital here in town & get this squared away quickly. This woman keeps calling today & will not quit! What is wrong with these people?

I received a call from this number.  It was a man asking to speak with my son, by name.  I questioned him and he said to have my son call him back at this number and ask for Kent James.  He said he was with Velerity and refused to answer my questions.  Kept saying it was a business deal and insisted that my son call him back.  

Let me start by saying im on SSI and DONT work for them.....but I live in Missouri and know something about this call center. They are called valarity llc and theyre a debt collection call center just outside st louis. They CAN NOT touch a SSI check for anything but taxes student loans and child support. Best thing you can do if youre on the dnc list is let the mo atty general know or you can file a complaint about them online at www.ago.mo.gov.....there you can file your complaint online or even contact their office.

The first time they called, they told me they were collecting on something from a year and a half earlier. I told them I had no knowledge of any outstanding bill that my insurance had not met. I had received nothing in the mail from Valarity prior to their initial call. I told them we'd check with Mercy.
They keep calling me despite the fact that both my husband and I have gone to Mercy's Accounts office where they've looked up our accounts and assured us that we have NO outstanding balances for either of us. I spoke to a manager at Valarity the last time they called and explained to him that according to Mercy I have no unpaid debt. That wasn't good enough for him, he gave me a reference # to ask Mercy about. We did and they again told us we have no balances on either of our accounts. It's really aggravating because I noticed they had called again and not left a message.

I got 12 calls in one day from this number they never speak and i am about sick of it!
