    I too received a $14.95 charge on my AT&T bill from Transaction Clearing House for WVM Network, LLC.
    I have no idea what this is. AT&T was helpful took it off my bill.
    I called 1 877 257-2455 and kept getting asked if I wanted to continue in English....finally got a message that they were closed.

    I also got a charge from TRSCN CLRNG on my October AT&T bill. This has happened before with a different company & was told by AT&T to clear it up with the third party. Nice! So this time I called the third party biller just to get a busy signal repeatedly, so called AT&T. They immediately credited me for the charge (thank you Theresa!) and offered to block all third party charges because of the increased incidence of this type of scam. Smart change of policy on AT&T's part.

    I have been receiving repeated charges from this compnay as a third party billing service on my AT&T bill. I have had no knowledge of this service or company untill the charges started to appear on my bill. Fredia from AT&T was very nice about it and was able to block the 3rd party billing system as well as submitting a claim for a refund.

    This is soo outragious.

    I too got the charges from WVM NETWORK,LLC-EFAX SVC MTHLY FEE 14.95 and you can tell it's a scam cause there are no taxes on it , I will call AT&T in the A.M. and they better give me a refund right then and there or I will raise cain .

      This just goes to show never ever trust a company any company . Always look at the bills and charges .

    I called AT&T few months back because transaction clearing charged $14.95 per month (for services that were listed) & AT&T informed me that was for them to process my payments. After calling back several times & months down the road was I informed that it was a 3rd party vendor & I needed to contact them which was whole other nightmare.

    Here are some facts/tips/suggestions:
    1) They're going to hang up on u several times so get the agent name/badge # (assuming they're giving u correct/real information)
    2) Ask specifically how many "services" are listed under the phone # ur inquiring about (bc it could be more than 1 & the agents just pull up the 1st service they see & never...never mention the others unless u ask)
    3) Once you've disputed ur case make sure u note the cancellation #, the date services added/cancelled, & the amount that will be credited back (whether it be back on ur phone bill or check by mail)
    4) Most importantly report them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) & BBB (Better Business Bureau) whether than cancelled/credited u or not

    We just received our att bill with 2 14.95 charges on it.  I have contacted each company, att and transaction clearing but as yet have not received any responses.  I don't have to continue with att if they can't take care of this problem

    I just received my Verizon bill with a $14.95 charge from Rask Network--I called and had them remove my name --- They said I signed up through job search company--I am retired!!!!!!
    I also told them I am going to report them to  the Attorney Generals office if I do not receive the credit within the month

    We received this on our phone bill as well. I will be reporting this to my states commerce commission & the FCC, & ATT. I have no idea who called, but we do get regular hang up calls. I called the number & told them to credit the amout, which they agreed to. Just another way to SPAM people!

    I too just had an unauthorized third party named RASK NETWORK,LLC/TRANSACTION CLEARING placed on my ATT bill in total of $16.95.  I do not EFAX anything! ATT took charges off, contacted BB, FTC, and FCC.

    I always check my previous phone bill to the one just received to see how much it has gone up.  It usually goes up about 5 to 15 cents each month because of service FEE'S or TAXES.  This month it went up $15.88 for what is called Rask Networking Monthly/Fee.  This was billed on behalf of Rask Network LLC.  I have not yet spoken to the phone company yet (It is Saturday and they are closed), but I will.   I also will not be paying this part of the bill.

    I just discovered my phone bill had charged $14.95 last month from TRSCN CLRN on behalf of COMLINK DIRECT, LLC.  this is an unauthorized charge on my bill.  This is rediculious, our local company should not let this company charged to our bill without consent.  I think we all should report to BBB.

    Same old crap with AT&T
    Yea got my phone bill today and also was charged 29.95 from  this comlink direct, lucky for them they were closed, heck they only reason we have a phone is for an alarm so the phone is  never used, so tell me how and the hell they can get a confirmation to charge your phone number.l know have to wait till Monday to deal with AT&T over this matter because they are closed also.l have already had this happen twice before and AT&T was suppose to stop this type of billing, guess if they tick me off they can stick thier service where the sun does not shine, and l will run alarm through the comp.

    I just discovered that I have been charged 14.95/month for the last 3 months for EFAX service from RASK NETWORK, LLC.  There is no phone number or other way to contact RASK included.  I tried calling AT&T, but they are closed until Monday.  Until then, I went ahead and wrote a check for my bill, but I deducted the 84.13 for the RASK charges and included a note explaining why I was not paying the full bill.  I will call on Monday.

    I discovered I have been getting billed through AT&T a charge for "transaction clearing"  a monthly charge for $11.95 from a company called SECURATDAT, INC.  I never heard of this company so I looked it up on the internet and found this 800notes website.  I am so glad I did!  After reading quite a few of the most recent entries telling of the experiences people have had with 'mystery' companies and charges, I immediately called the number supplied on the bill -- 877-257-2455.  A very pleasant person in 'customer services' answered, asking if she could help me.  I told her about this billing on my ATT&T bill and asked what Securatdat did.  I was informed about a third-party type service which made it convenient for my friends and family to reach me.  I told her I had never signed up for such a service, that I wanted the charges removed immediately, and my number removed from their records.  I told her I was going to contact both AT&T and the FCC.

    Never skipping a beat, she pleasantly said she could help with this, cancelled the charge on the bill and offered to cancel the upcoming charge on my next bill, and advised me it could take a few billing cycles for the charges to disappear.  I am now going to follow through on my calls to AT&T and the FCC, and letting my friends and relatives know about this to warn them to check their phone bills.

    I can't help but wonder how much cash has been collected from unsuspecting people (especially seniors) or if AT&T is part of this.

    They charged us 2 moths. I called ATT to BLOCK them . no more with them on the future. so how about they change the company name anbd it will happen agian to us???

    not an actual call but charge showed up on  my phone bill. could not find company on internet so called. What a run around. Said would credit but another charge has been made as well and they would credit within 30-60 days. What a crock. Customer of ATT for 30 years. Called them and they are trying to get off bill. I told them ridiculous that someone else could put charges on my bill when I have no long distance only local calls and internet. They can't get off bill but put note in my file that I am refusing to pay. These transactions should be outlawed. Why are there so many scammers out there?

    This is happening now through Verizon, not just AT&T.  It is ridiculous that a scam like this can't be addressed by the phone companies too - they should be protecting their customers, not blindly assisting scam artists.  I was able to succesfully fight the charges but am now telling everyone I know to be vigilant about their phone bills and I will be filing complaints with the FTC, BBB, the Attorney General and contacting my government representatives to let them know they should be fighting this on our behalf.  When I called the 877 # I was lucky enough to get through to someone right away but she mumbled through the explanation as to what this was, could not explain how this amount was charged to me and when I pushed her on it, immediately stated, "so you just want to cancel this right" as if she was very familiar with these types of calls and knew she had no recourse once someone was onto their scam.

    Not a phone I am reporting but a slammed service. I called the 877-257-2455 number and gave them our number and they said someone signed up for a celebrity tracking service, Customer Service was really friendly and said they would credit us and that it should take 1-2 billing cycles. Called At&t and had them block 3 party billing again.....
