We received another unauthorized charge from the same place again. TRSCN CLRNG in the amount of $14.95 . I called AT&T and spoke with a representative for quite sometime. Through the AT&T representative we called TRSCN CLRNG. The AT&T Rep. talked with FETCH Representative first, then I
talked with her. First I did as the AT&T Rep. suggested and asked who authorized theses charges. Much to my shock it was my DEAD Mother-In-Law. She passed away well over six years ago. I was darn near in tears. I had called TRSCN CLRNG when I received this bogus charge the first time in June 2010. They have no record that I called "FETCH UNLTD" I told them whom I spoke with on 6/23/10 and what was said and the number I called. According to the FETCH Rep. that was not their number...Okay it is the only number on our bill. I knew from all the posting this wasn't probably over. I ended up doing as the AT&T Rep. suggested and contacted the fraud department at AT&T. They couldn't help, however they connected me with the Executive Office and a "Complaint Case" was filed. I should hear back from them in a day or two. This took hours to do and is just wrong. I had third party billing blocked but apparently that doesn't work all the time. Also I did as many of you suggested and got a confirmation number when speaking with FETCH Rep. Watch your bills!...it's only over when it is.

I just founf I have 3rd party charges on my bill from this company. When I called the 1-877-2757-4455 nuber I got a recoding asking me to punch in a series of digits. I did not authorize charges for this company.

A charge for $29.90 showed up on ATT bil. Called and was told I had signed up and would I verify Mother maiden name. Like a fool I gave it now they know information. They said removed charge would be remove with next billing cycle. Wana bet.

I haven't been checking my phone bill from AT&T until recently and noticed a collect call charge.  The culprit, of course, is from TRSCN CLRNG (877) 257-2455 "Collect Call from HENDERSNVL NC 828 697-8248".  I called AT&T to dispute this charge and they told me I had to contact the 3rd party to have this reversed as they were just passing along what was billed to them. When I called this # (877) 257-2455, it just rings and rings. So I called AT&T again and they finally agreed to provide me with a credit of $5.99.
How could AT&T allow an unauthorized 3rd party pass this cost to me?  This is just another scam so be vigilant and check all your statements.

They are slamming me with AT&T and having them bill me 14.95 for services that I have no knowledge of and have not authorized.

TRSCN CLRNG added a 14.95 per month fax service to my AT&T bill.  I have no need for fax service, and did not, of course, order it.  When I called their number  (877-257-2455) they said they would refund my money. The representative then proceeded to ask for my email address and mothers maiden name.  They said it was for identification purposes.  Be careful what you tell them.  This is clearly a criminal organization.  AT&T was very helpful in helping me resolve the issue.  I asked AT&T to put a block on third party billing as suggested by a previous post.  I was about ready to drop AT&T, but the rep. was so helpful, I changed my mind.

I received the bill from them as well on my AT&T bill. I had AT&T put that amount on hold and called the 877 number. I held for a few moments and the lady that came on listened and provided a credit in that amount along with a credit number.

They have charged my phone acct. $14.95.  Try to call the # and it is busy.

I called the 877 number first....they said it was authorized online.  I told them to send me a copy of the authorization.  He said it would have to go through their accounts department to get a copy.  It was supposed to take 24 hours.  After three days, I called AT&T directly.  They credited me immediately and put a block on third party calling/charges.  They also told me to call them directly to cancel any future transactions.  Well, while I was on hold with AT&T, I googled this number and found that it was a scam company.  I told the AT&T representative that, and they couldn't do anything about that, but told me that if I get charged again next month, since the block takes 3 weeks, to call and they would credit me again.

877-257-2455 Transaction Clearing appeared as a $14.95 charge on our AT&T phone bill. The bill referenced Comlink Direct LLC and EFAX monthly service fee. Needless to say I do not nor have never had an EFAX on my home phone number. I don't know if this is a case of Identity Theft or just a 3rd party company trying to scam a quick profit from AT&T customers. The bad part is AT&T encourages these kinds of scams and is reluctant to reverse the charges or block 3rd party billing on their customer's phones. AT&T needs to stop hurting their customers just to make a quick buck.  No wonder so many people no longer have landlines in their homes.

We were billed for "new services provided and billed" in the amount of $14.95 on our AT&T bill.  It took more than 35 minutes to get to the company and ask to have the charges taken off.  The first call I made, I asked for the name o f the company and they hung up on me.  The second call gave me information that they had already sent out a new billing for the same amount.  A refund was offered but it would taker several billings before it would come off the AT&T invoice.  This was RASK Co and had the 877-257-2455 phone number.  I plan to call At&T and ask that they block any third party billing tomorrow.

I get my bills online, usually I just pay them and don't look at the charges because I know just about what my bill will be every month. This time I looked! Have 2 charges for the phone number 1-877-257-2455 for 14.95 each. I am NOT paying these, have filed a dispute and they better credit my account! Said it was for an EFAX service???? I don't even have a FAX machine!

I just received my AT&T bill and had the same charges of 14.95, so I called AT&T and they are crediting me for the last two bills that this charge showed up on. This Transaction clearing company is Fetch INC. they are scam artists sucking the public dry, and the FCC is letting them get away with it. The FCC needs to be sued for allowing this to happen. Who's the moron in charge of the FCC who doesn't care about this? He's probably in on the scam himself. Randy

It seems it happens to everyone with AT&T.  I got the same charges of $14.95 on AT&T phone bill for my October statement.  The charges was from Rask Network at phone 877-257-2455.  I confronted with AT&T that they should not include any charges in the bill that were not authorized.  They immediately credited to my account and requested to call that Rask Network to cancel whatever service imposed to my account - which I did.  I questioned Rask Network when and who ordered the services.  They gave the name of the billing, which is my wife's name.  I told them I would reject to pay for the service that I did not order and would report to the Business Bureau or Consumer Bureau.  They immediately said they would credit to my account for August and September.  I asked them to identify who they were and their address.  They gave me the name as Rask Network, P.O. Box 2371 Palm Harbor, Florida 34682.  The headquarter phone was 888-538-9816.  When looking up this company in Internet, I could not find them at all.  It looks to me it is a scam.  Many will be getting in their phone bills unless AT&T takes action of blocking.  We should bombard to AT&T complaining about the third party billing.
