I had a first phone call but no left message just a hang up. I have paid all my medical bills this year.  nothing is behind.  Can't figure out why they would be calling me.  Does anyone know if they are medical bill collectors b/c I have paid them all off 12/31.

I got this recorded message wanting a deadbeat debtor named Eugene Mutchler.  Every year like clockwork I get calls for him and his wife Kristy.  Pay your f**king bills!

It's www.paycardis.com. My inclination would be not to pay anybody that doesn't contact you via the mail. Collecting non-existent "debts" via phone is a well-known scam.

Several calls, but never any letter..no call from me!  I have enough letters to attend to from real people.

How do find out how to press charges against these dirt bags? I think they might be involved in steeling ID's

I also got a voice message from phone number # 18774444655, the voice message was like this;
"Hi this is Andrew with Law office of Joel cardis, return our call our toll free phone number of 18774444655, my extension is seven one three zero. When doing so refer ID number xxxxx... So he can access your information faster. This is an attempt to collect a debt"
It’s scam, no need to call back.

I am being called repeatedly by the law offices of Joel Cardis to collect a non-existent debt. There is no way to reply as the number is constantly busy.

I keep receiving this call saying that i need to call them back for the citation matter

Its an attorneys office... well I told this snot nosed lady to stop harassing me or I would countersue their ass...    she cussed me out... how professional is that?!  
In Texas I can file against them for harassment.. I think I will!

Have been receiving messages for months on my cell. Joel Cardis, LLC attempting to collect a debt. There is no live call, always automated. Want to report it and let my carrier know to block it. I have no unpaid debt.

They have called me for years looking for someone not at my number. I have told them they have wrong number,  I have filed complaints with the BBB and FTC. Its hopeless!

ya cause they called my mom who i used to live with and she told him where i live now. I sometimes only make $56 dollars a week at work so i am really struggling.

"Karen", you are responding to a five year old post & claiming that sometimes you only make $56 a week. What are you trying to pull? Could it be that you live in Ahmedabad? That's the only place I can imagine where a "person" could make less money in a week than the average American makes in less than 3 hours.
Whatever your angle may be....it's just turning out to be another one of those things that make us want to say..."Hmmm?"

Get this...I got a letter from them in the mail stating that I owed money to a nursing home my mom was at for a while, she has been deceased for over three years and they were going to take legal action against me. So, I called the home and spoke with the Financial Director to try and verify the debt. Surprise, no debt, plus they NEVER use a collection agency or attorney's office to collect any debt! I have reported them to BBB and FTC, waiting for response. The Financial Director wants to find out how this works out, I think she's wondering if there are others of us out there dealing with the same thing. These people are nothing but a scam! Do not pay them anything! Don't use the land line anymore, so I guess that's why the letter.

Keep calling my sons (college student) cell phone.
Won't tell me what it is about.
Hangs up on me.

Yeah, right.  You obviously work for them or own a part of their bs operation.

This number has twice called me attempting to reach someone who no longer has this phone number for debt collection purposes.  I want to be removed from their list.  I have on both occasions followed the procedure on the call to have myself removed with no success.
