stop complaining about your bill, and stop saying these people are threatening you to get someone to feel bad for you. Just take care of business and use your energy to worry about something more important. Everyone at one time has debt and they like to make every excuse to not pay it, if someone has to go to the lengths of threatening you to pay your bill, you should probably check your priorities.....once as angry as you but realized, there job is just as important

Rec'd call this afternoon at work.  Person called did not identify themselves nor did they tell me what company they were callling from.   They started right in about a lawsuit being filed under my name and SS##.  Sounds like a scam because they are supposed to identify themselves .   I have been receiving calls like this for years-I am tired of this.  If I call them back I ususally do it just to "mess" with them.    I know they are calling about CashNet-which I have paid off and have papers to prove it.

You need a different job Austin - get out of the gutter!!!!  These people are complete SLIME!  I don't care if you owe a payday loan company or not... NOBODY has the right to call and harass you like these people do.  It is completely ILLEGAL!  I F*ing hate collection companies in general, but these SCAM companies really take the cake - They use every scare tactic imaginable.  I have gone so far as to change my number - then they just called my work until my boss got on the phone and told them he would be coming after them... lol.  I didn't even take out a payday loan.... I just happened to get a phone number of someone that did and they would not believe I was who I said I was... so I just kept messing with them.  They would call like 20 times in a row so I would call back and blow a horn in their ear a few times in a row... LOL.  HATE THESE PEOPLE!!!

I know that they are threatening you, but NOTHING they say is the truth... just hang up the phone or better yet, don't even answer the phone.  If they have your work number, go to your boss and tell him/her that you are being targeted by a scam company(which is EXACTLY what they are)

Yeah, so I had 2 loans that went to these ppl and I got married so my last name was changed. I read everything about this company so I called my local police dept and spoke with Sargeant Goff. Srgnt Goff calls them and then calls me back saying I'm lucky audubon doesnt want to press charges and that I could be brought up on criminal impersonation charges. THIS WAS NOT THE COMPANY-this WAS THE SARGEANT of precinct 13! I don't like this company either but I looked then up and they are licensed with DBA as well as the Better Business Bureau. Maybe some of the ppl saying they aren't a real company are themselves a fraud. I'm not reading a damn thing from here anymore because that company is real and I was about to be charged until audubon cleared it up. Now instead of being brought in for questioning I was allowed the opportunity to just make a payment arrangement. Theyre a real company and no I'm not employed by them, nor do I collectmoney from a collection company. I paid and got confirmation end of discussion

fyi , mr depace called me a month ago said he was a felony fraud investigator in the city i lived in, this was after he called me at work 2 times in 5 minutes and i got pissed off so i called him back because he told my co worker that someone would be at my work in 20 minutes to talk to me .. this scared me so when i got off work i called him back , he stated that if i made some kind of payment that day by 6pm , he would let the lawyers know and that would stop proceedings, so okd 50 dollars and i would call back and pay more, we they charged me 400 dollars instead in 3 seperate charges.. needless to say this is being dealth with , i have filed a ftc  complaint, fraud charge with bank and i intend to report this to the police..... beware of this a..hole

and 1 more thing the are on the BBB website, they are not registered, there rating ia an F,  for multiple complaints about them

wow these people havent called myself, but they are harrassing my sister in law for a loan that was paid off and she has paper proof, but nobody she talked to wanted to except it,  the lady didnt believe her.. if they are true debt collectors they would have all this info on hand. If the debt is a payday loan its 99% a scam, this coming from attorney David Larson in denver. And at we-todd-ed, its not even about paying the bills, sometimes life happens but in cases like this its losers(fraudulent bill collectors) who tell others to check their prioritys, but is those people(Fraudulent Bill Collectors) who are praying off people for money.. and they need to get better jobs where there are ethics and morals, but that is just my opinion.. im sure those effected by calls like these feel the same!

It's that they say that you can go to jail but that is not true at all but what is true is that they can garnish our wages and it'll cost a whole more then then amout that we got for our loans..I've been pushing and pushing it off but i am finally going to do a payment arrgement with them..If your smart and desicide to do the arragiment i would use a pre paid card just tell them you dont have a checking account so then they can only take out the amount that is aggreees to

I got a call from them and they left a message that this is so and so from autobond and you need to call cause we have papers from my county blam blam balm, I just e-mailed my attorney because I'm filing bankrupty!!

Under the law they are not allow to call you at your job they are breaking ICC laws, they are not allow to all you more then one time a week and are not allow to threaten you or your family and differently not at work. If they are doing that I would turn them in to your AG under predatory laws.

i got a call from them to they call my job some guy by the name of james allen tell me about a loan i owe but come to fine out when i look at my old email it was already taking care of by relief debt company i told hime that he gave me an email address but not vaild so i told him to send me a fax number we will see

A Guy name Micheal Salvado called me saying that I was going to be served paper within 24-48 hrs. because I owed 250 for an internet loan I got 4 mos. ago.  He instructed me to get a prepaid walmart card, call him back @ (877) 495-8940 with the card # so that I could began paying off my debt.  1st payment was 96.79.. I should have waited for the paperwork to be emailed to me.

I got scammed!!! Dam...this sucks!!!!  there are so real [***] in this world.  

He said he works for Audubon Financial Bureau.

I cannot believe this!  I'm now convinced that this is a scam.....the man said the same thing....he was a fraud investigator and proceeded to ask me for my social security number (as if I'm that stupid to provide).  They are calling me daily and calling to my job which is NOT COOL!  I took out a complain with the better business bureau and also contacted my states attorney general....AND THAT ADVISED ME SOMETHING I DIDNT KNOW.....THAT PAYDAY LOANS IN NC ARE ILLEGAL SO I TRY AND TELL THE GUY THAT THEY ARE ILLEGAL AND I HAD NEVER TAKEN OUT A LOAN AND HE TOLD ME I WAS LYING AND THAT A COURIER WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE!  I AM SURE THEIR TACTICS ARE NOT LEGAL IN THE LEAST BIT AND I PLAN ON PUTTING A STOP TO IT!

This company just called me and said I.would be serve paper to appear I Court if I don't pay I'm adding them to my bankruptcy account.

jUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER FROM A FOREIGN GENTLEMAN SAYING CONSIDERED MYSELF AS BEING SERVED AS I HAD COMMITTED SOME BANK CREDIT CARD FRAUD AND HE TALKED VERY VERY FAST.  SAID I NEEDED TO BRING MY ATTORNEY TO SEE HIM OR HAVE HIM CALL HIM TO HANDLED THIS MATTER.
