I did get an address for autobond and send them a letter to stop calling me from my attorney. They will not stop calling me.I called this number and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Karen. He says I have an outstanding balalnce of $510.00 and $390.00 I told him I don't have a checking so give me his mailing address and I will forward the funds in a money order. He stated they don't except that kind of payment I would need to go get a prepaid card and put funds on that and call him with the prepaid information and he'll except that payment. They same thing the othere company told me from AFB and associates just a different number,

    Ha, collections isn't a scam.
You took out the loan, you pay your bill, and the account gets closed there isn't any re selling,

Such stupidity is why you ALL take out payday loans.

    Fix your credit,
    Work on keeping a job
Stop having kids at 17, and quit using your husband losing his job as an excuse not to pay a $200 bill.
Obv when you pay a bill you don't owe the bill anymore,.

Wowwwww.....A man named Karen??? Are you serious???????

Lol!!! Paying bills on time is lame!!!

That's why I do loan approval reviews for Citi Bank...

You're right!!! Why pay on time?? I won't give you a loan if you're earning $76,000 a year if you don't pay back your bills.

What a dumb ass, Do you understand the tactics used by this company? They are straight up scumbags.  Litterly lying, STEALING money, then reselling the debt to another company.

If someone takes out a payday loan its because there desperate you idiot.  Are you living in the USA? Do you understand the state of this economy?  Everyone else.... dont listen to this fool.

I agree, pay your bills if you create them.  I understand people fall on rough times so sometimes people can't pay it back.  However, if you are able to pay your bills then you should pay your bills.

The problem though with this company and other companies like them is the way they go about trying to collect the money, regardless if it is a scam (most likely is) or a true collection activity.  They say the sheriff or a deputy is going to come to your house and arrest you.

First, the only people that have a right to press CRIMINAL charges are the government.  If the payday loan company wants to give the matter over to the authorities for CRIMINAL action for fraud that is fine, but it is handled by the attorney general's office.  The only thing the payday loan company can do or any creditor can do is file a CIVIL law suit.  The CIVIL law suit is done through a legal process through the civil  section of the Court system. You would get notice and you would have a chance to answer if you wanted to and so forth and so on.  Many of these "collection" companies for payday loan companies get away with using scare tatics because people are VERY misinformed about the legal process.  Also, some of the people that work for the companies might not even know they are lying, they are only saying what they are being told.

got a call with same exact scenario as most of other comments, except from phone #855-666-1467. Was given a different number previously and I called and tried to make payment arrangements, but they would not send me anything in writing breaking down the charges (I went from a $700 loan to owing $3000). Also got a call from a Paul Connor, stating he is the legal courier for this company that will serve judgement papers if I don't pay. I tried a long time ago to pay them from the website and it's somewhere in the Caribbean with no way to make a payment!!

The collectors may be as real as your poor grammar, but their threats are not. I find your all-caps "garish".

About when will you decide to stop trying to pay and serve this agency a summons and complaint?

Tell them you demand validation of debt,
    .

Get them not going by fdcpa.

Have your calls dealt with by attorney only.

All will fall off your credit report,

The debts were paid off the minute that they were put into collection agencies.

    Without validation of debt.
The company's physical address - not a PO box
Only use the US Postal Service to pay debts,
Fdcpa allows any method the debtor chooses.

Pay $80.00/month, if they're unwilling to accept, at least you tried.

    Show the courts that.

If they fail to mail you verification. Of debt within 30 days then you aren't liable.

It's a collection agency, document the calls.

    State they violated fdcpa.

Just got the same type of call from a Ron Branford at Audobon Financial. Claims my Cash Store debt in Illinois is in their hands. This is the third call in as many weeks from representatives of so called debt management services. None of them will mail me a record of what is owing.
