Received call and now they are calling family looking for me, no specific information left and it is a robocall.

Just got the same thing and called back and screamed at them

This number has called my home every day this week looking for a family member. I know it is a scam.

they called me at work . I called back and they say I woe a pay day loan which I have never had one. So this is a scam the only problem is that they have my social security number. I am reporting them to the police as fraud

Rceived a call for a coworked from this number. Robocall. It said it was a skip trace and would start contacting family memebers if it was not called back. Called back went to FMR?? I didn't have an extension to reach anyone. I'm sure since this a debt collector they will call back.

Left several msgs (using other numbers when blocked) looking for "robotic voice of family member". We have no debt, so either an identity theft issue (which happened years ago, but the sent mail by post so had our address, we replied with the standard 'I am not the John Doe you are looking for, referencing the FAIR act).

I received a call today from this phone number asking for my whereabouts. Gave me this number to call back. It was a Robocall. They said if I didn't call that they could call others references. They did not give an extension. I called back and the message came on for FMR and to dial the three digit extension or zero for an agent. It then went to a voicemail.

FMR is a known criminal enterprise scamming people out of money.

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.

Also known as World Wide Processing Group LLC and they are located at 5817 South Park Ave, Hamburg NY 14075 and have a PO Box 2474 Blasdell NY 14219. The owners name is Frank Ungaro and the Director of Operations is Nick Curtis.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
