I got a call this morning at my job from a Ms. Hardy who said that she recieved a garnishment of my wages on her desk and I needed to call her. I looked up the company online and found it is a scam.

Just called this number (559) 399-0358 and the first thing the man asked for was case number. I played dumb for a moment and asked if this was regarding a debt. He asked for my phone number and I returned the favor by blowing a whistle in the phone for a solid 10 seconds. A hole

These people are calling me and I don't know who they are at all..

i just got notification as well that my checking account was fraud.. people need to get a life. non of this is legit, nor right.

This is basically the same message I received but they stated that they were going to suspend my drivers license because my state does not have wage garnishment, The woman who called me was Ms. Felix and she spoke very clearly. I have received no documentation and will pay on something without proof

I recevied a call today 01/18/11 from this number to call Ms. Luna back. I called the number back and was told to hold, Ms. John came on the phone and started explaining she was trying to collect a past due pay day loan.  I asked when the payday loan was taken, how much was it for and what was the bank number that was given to deduct from account. She said no money was ever taken and that the loan was for $1500 (includes all late, interest fees).  I said no what was the amount you say I borrowed? She said she had no information that they bought this loan from some other recovery agent. I said okay give me their number, she said they want nothing to do with my account anymore. I told her I would not pay on anything until I get the answer I've asked. She said she will put my account up for garnishment and I would have to go to court to fight it. I told her fine. Told her how you gonna go to court if you have no information on my loan. She hung up the phone.

I've gotten this msg frm this company also. I don't have a payday loan & she states that I do. When asked for the info so I can contact the 'company' she says that she cant give out any information & will note that I 'refuse to pay!?!?!? Pay what, something that I know I don't owe!!?!?!?!? You have to be kidding me!!!! I'm really upset by this!!!!!!!!!

received a phone call  from this number 877-855-1624 citing check fraud at a federal level and beckoned me to return the call ASAP' I did and got voice-mail so I the young woman a voice-mail detailing I phoned my local PD as I don't even own a checking account and have myself been a victim of fraud in the past. I did make an incident report to my local city police dept. as there was no number on caller ID only a voice-mail with the 877 number above.

someone called my mother on her cell phone wanting me to call this number 18778551624 if dont call they told my mother they were start garished my wages. they spoke hardly any english. i believe it is a scam. ive gotten phone calls in the past. from individials who said i owe them money. people that dont exist. get a life.

I just recieved a voice message from 1-877-855-1624. Stating If I dont call her back today my Driver's License will be suspened?? Is this a scam?  The message did not give the name of person calling...when I called back, recording came on stating it was "D&L" and all representatives were on other lines.  It was a woman who left the message.

Just received a call from a lady named Mrs Payton or something like that not real sure couldn't really understand her. She claimed to be from First Point Acquisitions. First she left a voice message that said they got a order for wage garnishments for a payday loan from a company I never heard of. Now I had taken out one I had trouble paying back but then she told me when I called back that they were going to suspend my drivers licences if i didn't pay them. First she told me it was 500 then she told me I could take care of it today for 700!!! ya didn't sound right so I told her I'd call her back and well now I'm not going to.

I receive a call from these people today stating that I had a PD loan in 2008 but wasn't report until 2010, I did not write any checks in 2008 it was in 2009 and I filed bankrupcy on those checks. They have been calling my job and threating to garnish my wages. They won't give me a copy to see if it is true which I don't know it is not true. As the previous post stated it started out as Indian men calling telling me they was gonna arrest me and I would loose my family. I know now that this is a scam.

Yes, major scam.  Debt collectors have no power over the DMV!  Do not let them intimidate you. Do not send them a penny.

DON"T send them anything!

This is the same thing i received. They stated they were going to garnished my wages, How it this continuing to happen and no one is stoping theses people?

received a call from Miss. Nelson on 1/21/11 @12:50 pm.  She said it concerned an investigation of the Federal level.  She tried getting a hold of me at work 2 minutes earlier, and one of my coworkers said I wasn't in.

Don't call back and don't send them a dime!  This company is a SCAM big time!  You can not be arrested and they can not garnish your wages.  File a complaint immediately with the BBB and The FTC and your States Attorney.

My supervisor told me this company called Hardr DNA Recovery called my job several times from this number.I was busy and didn't talk to them.I never heard of them so i never called them back.I really wish these people would stop calling my job.
