Centurylink is also Charter/Spectrum/Time Warner cable! They are all the same company!

Thanks for posting a book, but this is simply every single person on this site who currently has this company for their phone/intetnet/cable service. It goes by various names Spectrum/Charter/Time Warner. It's reminding them to pay their over due bill or if there was an update to do to their account, outages..thats it. It's NOT a telemarketer, scammer or otherwise! Just stop!

These people kill me.  I was actually on the phone with them when this number started trying to cut in using call waiting.  I called them about a problem I was having with my converter box and they will still try cutting in!

Same here BA. Caller ID registered as "CVG Heathrow" maybe the reason some thought this an overseas call.

They left me a message claiming to be Charter Spectrum needing to resolve an address issue. Sounding "phishy." I called Charter's customer service directly and they verified this was a phishing scam.  Within half an hour the 888 number called me again, and I was ready: I answered in Spanish, and he just kept on doing his talk like I, a "non English speaking immigrant" was going to understand.  So I coughed "loser" and "get a life" repeatedly over his talking before I hung up.  No trouble from them since.  But just in case, I have "gas sound effects" on pause on YouTube for when they do call back.

This number is calling my work cell phone, the number of which I have had for over 10 years.  I do not have service with any of the cable providers mentioned in this thread, and the service I do have is associated with my home phone number, not my work cell.

Therefore, there is no legitimate customer relationship here for this number to be calling my cell phone.

Those who say it's legitimate business, I don't doubt you; but the number is also being used (or faked) for sales and/or illegitimate purposes.

Spectrum internet — left an automated voicemail message saying that the internet outage in our area has been rectified.

This number called, phone rang three times and hung up.  Called back and got some Charter agent who claimed that I had not been called.  I want this number blocked

Caller ID says "CHARTER COMM" - female voice left message that my service had been been changed, if I had not authorized this to call them back. Very very phishy.  Blocked.

It's Spectrum Mobile. They tried to deduct $254.39 from my bank account! Thank goodness the bank's fraud unit called me about it!

Called me at 6:15am this morning. No one is on the line after pick up. Very annoying

This number called me this morning about 7:45 am (waking me up) and when I answered, no one was there.  I called the number back and it said it was Charter Spectrum.  I couldn't get a live person to answer, so I finally hung up.

Left message, said they were Charter and wanted to confirm recent changes we made.  We did not make any changes.

This number is from Charter/Spectrum and it is a survey for you to take if you recently had a service call to your home. It will keep calling until you answer and either deny the survey or take it.

Called at 730 am and left a partial unintelligible message.

It's Spectrum.  I will not answer, and they never leave a message. I can only assume this is a telemarketing call, because my Spectrum bill is paid.
