They all use fake names. It's a scam. See my message above for more information and how to report them to federal and state law enforcement.

I learned of these criminals by way of a customer of mine frantically trying to send them money before "being arrested for a felony." After assuring her that she could not be arrested, I pulled up Spellman & Roman on the internet and showed her the multiple webpages of complaints about their illegal operation. Luckily, I talked her into not paying them one red cent! This so-called "company" goes by several different names and will change them whenever the heat gets turned on by the authorities. Their website is nothing more than a domain name with a picture on it. My husband researched the domain name and this is what he came up with:

The server they use is in Jacksonville, FL, but they use a P.O. Box in Vancouver for their mail. This "company" is probably nothing more than a couple of fat slobs sitting in front of soap operas with a pizza on their laps in their home...very much like what you expect from a phone sex line. I would advise anyone to change their number or go to the authorities to have a trap put on their phones to ruin these crooks before they scam anyone else out of their money. If you have a legitimate debt with a company, call THAT company and pay them!! It will be hundreds less.

I erecieved a call from then threatening to take me to jail if I diD'T PAY ON A PAYDAY LOAN ASAP

Just file unauthorized transaction with your bank. I did it and they put the money back into my account and will contact that company for you. I hope it goes well. I was scammed but when I received a call today for the same thing I knew something was fishy. I contacted the company myself and they said that I never received a loan from them. I know I pay my bills.

I received a phone call today from Frank Jackson (914) 580-9802. He told me he was from France and Spanish but your last name is jackson and his accent kept changing. He worked for the United Financial Crime Division. I was scammed before and notified my bank and filed unauthorized transaction to get my money back. I also contacted the actual company that he stated I owed the money too and they are investigating the matter also because people are hacking into these payday loan sites and getting people's information to get money from them. Since the payday loan people use your routing and account number these Frank Jacksons call you to get the debit number, which gives them quicker access because anyone can purchase a debit/credit card machine. Please mindful folks. Lesson learned! Get a lot of information from them
