and hey they are all calling from the same room location cubicals...when i called them back to back to reach them they could see the number calling and would pick up and hang up ha ha ha ha ...that was after talking to 6 workers trying to resolve their mistake ..to where they would not take my call or just hang up on me ....ya ..they can,t take what they dish out.....he he he ha ha ha ..if they ruint your day ruin theirs ha ha ..but actually its not worth your life time to bother with them ,,,but i had fun ..tryin to get them to do there job correctly by me....

These people do not identify themselves at all. They don't give their name or company. All they say is that you must call back to "attend to this important matter" without saying what that matter is. Why would I call someone back who won't tell me what the topic is or identify themselves?

These idiots keep calling my business for someone we have never heard of.  We have told them that the number they keep dialing is for a store and not a residence and the person they are after was never employed here and is not a known to any of the employees. "Doug" is who calls us and leaves messages on our answering machine looking for "Carl Whited". "Doug" doesn't even bother to say what company is calling from, he just leaves a phone number for "Carl" to call him back.  We have called and explained this situation before.  If they can't keep their records straight enough to know not to call us over and over,,,,, how the heck can they be accurately collecting on debts?

I could not believe that a person from this RRC called my personal cell phone asking for a Harold or some crap. I am not a women named Harold and my husbands name is certainly not Harold....why the hell would I have married a man named Harold? Anyway the man on the phone named Rob asked me my name and I did not tell him.....he had not informed me who or were he was calling from at that time and then when I told him I was not Harold and also did not know Harold he still asked my name and so on.....I again asked what company he was calling from and he said RRC....than you and have a nice day mam...        
Neither I nor my husband owe anyone...we have all debt paid and I refuse to be harased by bill collectors I do not owe. I called the number back and asked that Rob take my number off his call list and he said he would but I have the feeling that he thinks I do know this Harold and I will be hearing more from him.

You're an idiot.  There are a lot of NICE folks out there named Harold, glad for them that you DIDN'T marry one. At least their name isn't WRONG NUMBER!!!  Ha Ha Ha

My son received a phone call from this number on his cell phone.  When I called them back to have the wrong number removed, they refused to do so without me giving out his name.  For privacy reasons I will NOT give them my 11 year old sons name.  Then they asked my name.  When I asked what company I was dealing with, they refused to give me THEIR name.  Give me a break!!!

Number showed up on my caller ID a few minutes ago. From reading some of the previous posts it appears they are a medical debt collection agency. I don't know why they would be calling me as I haven't been to a doctor in years and the couple of times I did go were paid in full by my insurance. Somebody has their wires crossed.

I recieved a call from Revenue Recovery Corp in early Dec of 2010 the rep informed me I owed 58 dollars and change on medical bill that was submitted for collection in November from my heathcare provider for services rendered in July when I was hospitalized with a blood clot unfortunately the rep had the name of my healthcare provider incorrect and furthermore I never recieved a billing invoice from my healthcare provider for that amount since my hospital discharge in late July so I got extremely rude with the southern trash pos bia rep on the other end of the phone telling her I was not making any payment to them for anything I also informed her I never recieved a bill in the amount specified from my healthcare provided and ended my call with her by telling her FK YOU

Received call from this number claiming that I  had an unpaid bill.  I asked all the necessary info. for who, what, when, where, why.  Rep. responded uhhhhhhh.  Seems I hadn't been in that doc.'s office ever.  Out of town that day on a field trip with my daughter.  Caller had my name, husband's name, daughter's name, mailing address, and cell phone number.  Loserrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrs! Would hate to be on the other end of the phone on Judgement Day! Good Luck on that one!

I wonder how these people got my cell phone number.  This 888 number was on my cell phone at 7 AM.  I called them back after checking on the internet.  The woman said they were calling for some person I'd never heard of.  I told her I'd checked the number on the internet and I didn't understand, meaning why would a collection agency be calling me.  She said "WHAT'S NOT TO UNDERSTAND", which, to me, sounded kind of rude.  She said they'd take my number off.  I sure hope so.  I don't want to start getting these calls.

We're on the Do Not Call list, but these people must not be checking before they call people? I don't think it's right for them to call cell phones.  We're seniors, and like so many other people, we can only afford a limited number of minutes each month.

This company (RRC) calls repeatedly harassing my wife and I about medical bills which have been cleared or written off by the hospital. Very rude and demanding even when you inform them that they have incorrect information. I have called several times from different phone numbers and have gotten different amounts owed on the same account. I will deal with the hospital directly not with a company trying to cheat me out of what little money I have left.

I called these guys again and asked them who they were and they hung up on me. I see them as the "playground bully" pushing those that are afraid of them and hiding when challenged.....

I would like to send them a phony news headline "Knoxville News Sentinel" Collection agency phone operators killed in mysterious explosion on Gay Street. I'd never do it, but it's fun to fantasize, and if someone did it would probably have them looking over their shoulders for a while and maybe reconsidering their occupation. {evil laugh!}

Several calls from different people leaving first name (Steve) or entire name (Phyllis Wood) so far.  They call while I am at work, provide no information as to the nature of the call.  I have made multiple attempts to call back and either get a "Please wait and your call will be answered by the next available caller" and then dead air which eventually disconnects OR it never connects and after several minutes the automated operator comes on and tells me "if you wish to make a call, please hang up and dial again.

they are calling me every day....
