- JuJuNo phone call, but got a post card from EWS saying "We have a parcel delivery for you." The first thing I thought was that it came from the US Post Office or UPS or another delivery company, but had never heard of a delivery company named EWS. They gave no info about themselves, not even a return address. And then there's the 877 "toll-free" number, which I am always suspicious of. If you don't think about it, it looks legit, but the more you mull it over, it obviously isn't from an official organization. The give-away is the little caricature of uniformed cartoon people under the name EWS. One of the characters is holding up a glass of water. I've never seen even a water fountain in a Post Office, so it couldn't be from them. :o)
- Roger replies to annoyed person| 1 replyI just received a postcard the other day with a picture with animated people on the back as well. I lookied it up on the web found this site and I am also glad this was posted as well. I reported the scam to the BBB to hopefully help put a stop to this. Thanks.
- RogerI called the number got a voicemail that was all scrambled and sounded like someone recorded their message on the company's answering message.
- kristy replies to RogerI got the same thing too in springfield.
- TownsendReceived the postcard with the 877-269-9025 # on it stating that they have a parcel delivery for us. EWS (EcoWater Systems) is using false advertising.

- BarbaraReceived the post card from EWS mentioned on your site in Mt. Juliet with my full name and address, but the phone I was asked to call was 877-269-9025. when I called I got a voicemail that it was "Rachel's office" and to leave my name and number. It did not mention EWS or identify the company, so I did not respond and decided to Google it.
- Dianei recieved the same card-my husband thought it was legit but since i had seen this page i told him no its not! Glad we have places like this to confirm or complain about this sort of thing-i just tore it up and will be putting it in the shredder

This is a very misleading piece of advertising that could easily fool the more vulnerable folks in our communities. I will certainly follow up to complain.- Caller: EWS

- ChrisBellevue-Nashville. Got today same postcard with the five blocks in the logo, claims to have a delivery for me. However, the tel. is not that of the EcoWater Systems, but 877-269-9025. If this is a promotion why would they change the tel. numbers? Sounds suspicious.

- Pete in Ashland City| 1 replyI called the number and got through and was asked for the "Control #" so they could send my "parcel". I asked to speak to the lady's boss and got someone who identified herself as "Lynn." I asked why they would engage in an ad campaign that mailed out cards with no information on them as to who it was from? She replied that the card did, in fact, have their logo and "EWS" clearly printed on it, so technically she was correct. I informed her that it was bordering on unethical and if this is how they do business I would never buy anything from them anyway. She then launched into "sell mode" and assured me they did have a "lovely parcel" for me. I finally just hung up.

- Rachel| 1 replyMy husband got a postcard like this in Shelbyville. I thought it looked fishy.
- Sarah replies to RachelGot this card last week. Thought it was legit (because I am expecting a parcel), but skeptical. Called the number about 20 times during the hours listed for several days and always get a recording asking me to leave my name, address, ph # and the control number on the card. NOT!!
- complaint from Old Hickory| 1 replyGlad I'm smart and looked this up on the internet! The phone number was different on my card but it has the same people described in these posts listed. The number on my card is 888-269-9025. Must be a scam - too many people have similar stories!
