This is a collection agency for Capital One credit cards.

From the websearch I did it seems that this is for Capital One.  I get calls constantly from this number on my brand new fax line and I've never had a Capital One account.  This is getting to be harrassment and I'm not sure how to make it stop.

this is a collection company for capital one. i called the number back and was asked for my account number. i told them i have no accoounts with capital one and that my name is very common. they said they will remove my number. my advice if you have no capital one accounts is to call them and ask for your number to be removed.

This number is calling every day non stop at all hours and never leaves a msg but there is something fishy about this. I blocked my number anbd called back and it was answered by a male with a heavy indian accent. He answered stating" Allied Interstate what is your captiol one credit card number please".  I simply hund up as NEVER has any business every answered a call immediately asking for a credit card number.  I do have an acct and it is in perfect standing. I called Captiol one and they do not know of any collection or advertisements being made by the number that called me.They assured me that I am not being called in relation to my acct. I believe because of how the male asked for an credit card number before asking for any other information or even hearing a voice on the other end that this is A SCAM and they are trying to steal identity and credit information. I have reported this number on the Texas state violator list with the Texas Atty General office.

This number calls our home regularly. I do have CO accounts, but none are past due... two have zero balances and the 3rd is paid up - almost off. They must be working for a different company than Capitol One this time.

Got a call from this number. Called them back, they asked for my account number. It is collections from Capitol One. I told them I didn't have a card with them, and they were very nice and said they will take my name off their list. Took me 3 minutes. While I don't appreciate unsolicitied calls, I do appreciate the quick fix and the polite customer service.

I am told this is Allied Interstate calling on behalf of Capital One.  They are calling asking for someone that doesn't even live here!  I have asked at least a dozen times for the calls to stop and they continue.  This is definitely irritating, especially since the calls aren't even for me!!!!!!!

They call me at least 10 times a day from 7am-9pm and never leave messages. I  do have 2 accounts with Capital One that are past due but am working with Capital One on this not 888 Services. Capital One says I owe them one amount and this number says that I owe way more than I do. They also told me I cannot pay Capital One online and that I have to do it with them on the phone and then they ask fr my account number. I told them if they know how much I owe and all my other information then they do not need my account number and SS#. This then caused them to hang up on me.

They call me 10 times a day.  I guess my phone number was recycled too soon.  They're not calling for me, they're calling for someone who used to have this number.  I told them 25 times already to stop calling me but they continue.

This Number calls my House & My Cell phone 2-3 sometimes 4 times a day,,
Aggravating as All Get out! I follow the instructions from the automated voice. TO No longer receive to calls,,,AND,,,Well it's NOT Working!

Just received another call from this Number...And it's getting on my nerves...So I called this Number back this morning...Some Lady answered and said "Thank You for calling Allied,,My I have Your CapitalOne account Number?" I was Like NO You May Not!,had a few other choice words to say{which I will not repeat},this is a BOGUS Company, IF this was CapitalOne calling the person would said. "This is such-n-such* Calling from CapOne, And Im calling in regards blah,blah,blah, on your account, or calling to tell you They just Raised your Card Limit.."Trust me. I know, I have 2 credit cards with CapitalOne, & My Husband also has 2...So we've had just,,Well I'd say a *FEW* calls from CapitalOne..

8am sharp they calling my damn cellphone!!
Ive tried & tried to get them to stop...follow all the stupid directions the automated person says....And STILL I get calls anywhere between 2-10 times a day....Yesterday they called my cell 9 times. I was out all day so I couldn't complain or blog it.. I did however put my home # & my cell # on the *National Do Not Call List* & on my *state* do not call list....one thing wrong with that...takes 31 days before You can complain about the calls.

This number calls me 2 or 3 times a day. I do not have an account with Capital One. How can I stop them from being a pain in the ass?

I recently just changed cell phone providers, and had my cell number changed. The day I changed I recieved about 5 calls from this number. I've told Cap. One to stop calling, and they don't understand. Its getting ridiculous. I keep my phone on at all times, even when I go to bed in case of emergency, 7 am this morning sharp, I recieved another phone call. I picked up the phone, gave them some words, and hung up. I have recieved 3 more calls from them today... its getting to be a problem. harrassment possibly?

They call and say they are Allied Interstate and collecting a debt for Capital One. I have no account with Capital One.

They started calling this morning at 7:00 am and have done so many times throughout the day. Whenever I pick up, no matter how many times I say "hello" they never respond. It's really making me mad. They are just harassing me for no reason at all. My fiancee does have a card, but it is almost all paid off. If they wanted money so badly, they should try saying something when I answer!!!

I RECEICE CALLS FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER IN EARLY MORNING OR SOME TIME COUPLE OF TIMES A DAY ON MY AND MY WIFES CELL PHONE AND THEN RECEIVE A TX MSG FOR FAX...

I got a call from that number on the caller ID just now.  I don't answer numberst that don't display the identity.  Don't care if it is from the president, don't ID don't call me.  I do not have a capital one account.  Never have, and with this nonsense, never will.  Sigh

Call twice a day.  Never leave message.  One call 8:12 a.m.I picked up, no response but loud annoying music.  One call ask for unknown name, told them wrong number, the next call late in evening and again no response but loud music.  Just found thru this web site who company(?) is, never did business with them.
