- ShellyIt's annoying 24 hours fitness that is constantly calling morning, night up to 9pm! I am fed up! I don't know what they are calling. There is money to auto withdraw and also I haven't change bank. I am getting skeptical because when I return their call. Gentleman transfer my call to another agent and told me that he needs to get my checking number! I told him you have it on file. He said that they were attempting to withdraw funds and I still owe for 3 months..That is F'n Bull sh*t and I think they are total scum and scam.....24 hours did not do nothing for me anyway...I am having more fun running around my blocks instead! HA!
- Happy member replies to Ben ColoradoI got a call from the 888 number as well however my card was reported lost, and i had call the club to give them my new info they told me i couldn't do it over the phone as this was not a policy of theirs and gave me the same 888 number that had called me before, as they could take the card by phone. A day later i got another call from them again and i told them that i had already updated the info, then i was ask if this was when they called me as if i had called in their dialer would still have my membership as not paid however this would be updated 24hrs. I've not gotten another call since and i have not notice any strange activity on my card for the pass three months.
- KimThey call 2 times a day!
- FCUK 24FitnessThey keep calling and calling, no human, never had a membership! This is getting old!

- ~THave been receiving multiple calls daily. Never managed to pick up. Called back once, no pick up. Called back again, woman with accent said she was from 24 Hour Fitness and whether I changed my card recently, as my automatic payment from card ending in **** had not gone through. "No, and my card is not in front of me at the moment." Asked to call back with information to verify/resolve situation. "I'll go to the gym and deal with it there." Okay - *hang up*.

- becky| 1 replywhen you recieve a phone call from this number, if you are not a member all you need to do is say so and the calls will stop. If you are a member and your credit card has been lost/stolen or expired, if you dont want to give the information over the phone let the representive know you will do the updating at the club. That is not a promlem you all dont have to let this phone call be such a big issue.
- Caller: 24 hr fitness
- KeegansMommyI keep getting calls from this number as well. And I've NEVER had a membership with them.
- gurlee replies to beckythis phone call is a big issue... the calls become dropped obviously from their side once i pick it up. so there is no way to tell them to knock it off when i receive the call. i haven't tried calling them though. mental notation to do so tomorrow morning.
this 1888900number keeps calling... i've told them that they are trying to bill me for training that i have not signed up for and they say i have to go down to the club for someone to put a "note" in the computer (this is after i have cleared this up with the club training manager over the phone)... then when they called it would say "this is a call for xxxxxxxx... press 1 if this is xxxxxxxxx"... then the call is dropped. (this was when i was in the phase to tell them to stop calling)... now they call and somedays i feel like telling them to stop calling but when i answer the call it hangs up a second after i answer. irritating indeed.
i think it's automated from 24 hour fitness and they drop the call because they realised that I had nothing due or after they read their "notes" on my account on their computer.... either way we should get on 24 hour fitness' case about their 1888900number practice.
i would still treat it as a phishing scam though...
i would like to know how others have dealt with this problem... sucessfully... i'm also on the national do not call list. WTH. - brenDO NOT GIVE ANY INFO - it's a scam! people are just saying that you need to update your credit card info, you give it to them and BAM you are a victime. DON"T FALL FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!

- Annoyed in DenverThis company is ridiculous!!! I cancelled my membership 2 months ago and followed the instructions on the contract word for word and now they are trying to tell me they never got my request and I owe them for 2 months of UNUSED service! This is the worst company EVER! To top it all off now they are calling me 18 times a day for $50. I wanted to make sure this was a ligit number before I did anything about this BS! Apparently Im not the only one who has been put in this situation. I'm going to report them to the better business bureau and I encourage everyone else to do so to save others from the agony of being harrassed! If the get enough complaints eventually they will be STOPPED!!
- RandalReceiving multiple calls per day, every day, from 888-900=3194. No one here is affiliated with this company. The calls are very annoying.
- GarryI have been called every day as well. I also got a postcard with a number to call, but I get no answer. I got a hold of their customer service from a number on their web site and after 15 minuteson hold was able to talk to someone who claimed that I have not paid my dues. My bank has cleared the payment so they said they would straighten it out, but the phone calls keep coming.

- bchI just got a new cell phone from work, and have gotten repeated calls from this number from "24 Hour Fitness", all asking for "Mylenna" (sic?). The seem to have an automated system attached so you can say that it's a wrong number, but they'll call at least twice before stopping.
I'd guess it's a collection agency. - Carlacalls house and cell phone
- Kirsten| 1 replyI have been receiving at least 2 and upwards of 5-6 phone calls from this number every day for the last two weeks. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize but got so fed up I looked them up on google and found this website.
I ended my 24 hr. fitness membership (on good terms) back in August because I moved and the location was not convenient. I am extremely angry that I have been receiving these harassing phone calls, and as much good as I thought about 24 hour fitness, if this is what happens to members, (or ex-members) then I WILL NOT be recommending their club to anyone any longer.
AND the fact that so many people have had their lives interrupted by this, is ridiculous! If so many people have been complaining about this for over a year and it still has not been fixed, then something needs to be done.
And I REFUSE to change my phone number just to fix it!- Caller: 24 hour fitness?
- Kirsten replies to Kirsten...I just called 24 hour fitness to file a complaint with them, they looked up my account and it apparently was never canceled.
I called in August to cancel my account, was told that I had to come in personally to do that, so I went in, and waited there while they asked for my reason and canceled it.
My husband had canceled his membership there before we got married, and when I asked him if he had to go in to cancel his membership, he said no, he was able to do it over the phone.
Hopefully the phone calls will stop now, but if I were you, as many amenities this gym has to offer, it isn't worth the hassle of dealing with a badly run company.
Go somewhere else. - AnilThis is legitimate. I called them back - they told me who they were. All I gave them was my phone number that is on the account. They were able to pull up my name and how much my renewal fee was. Although the weird thing is my Caller ID states the call is coming from "24 HRS Scam".
Didn't give them any CC info or anyting else so hopefully it is the real deal. - Melissa R.I have been receiving calls from this number- I am not a member nor have I ever been a member of 24 hour fitness. They told me I used this number to sign up for my account- however the number they have been calling me on is my work line. They have been calling be about 4 times a day, wont remove me from the calling list, although they keep telling me they have. And when I call back no one will let me speak to a supervisor. It is seriously cutting into my work day and limiting my productivity- I am getting really irritated!!! How do I make this stop???

- The DragonI am now a victim of this automated call from them too. Just joined that gym last month, and my account is up to date. But of course, that does not matter. This is just harassment.
And like a prior poster stated, with T-Mobile you have no option to block a number.
UGH...- Caller: 24 Hour Fitness
- bench warmerthis is from 24 hour fitness, i renewed in person but people at this number will KEEP CALLING FOREVER until you pick up and tell them you've renewed already, at which point they will promptly hang up on you.
