It is a call from 24 Hour Fitness. My debit card had been stolen and I had a new card number after that. I had forgotten to contact 24 Hour Fitness so they could update my information since I have it auto debited. Called and got through to someone in about 30 seconds.

If you owe 24 Hour Fitness money...they have the right to call you until you settle the issue and pay them.

If you have a membership and there is something wrong with your account thus causing you to owe them money, a do not call is not going to help you.

I keep getting calls from a number claiming to be 24 hour fitness.  Up to 8 calls a day for the past month.  Sometimes they leave a message requesting a callback, but most of he time they do not.  I have not returned the call, but they continue to harass me.

Received call from allegedly 24-Hour Fitness saying that my credit card did not go through for the month of January dues.  I asked them to run it again and they told me that they only have the last 4 digits and needed my information again.  Hmmmm... red flag? Obviously, I refused because 24-Hour Fitness is a professional organization and they should not need my information again. I will be following up with the club that I attend to resolve any financial dilemma, because my card works just fine.  I will also be following up with my credit card company to let them know. The call seemed very sketchy.

So I sent in my payment by mail before my due date, it was a check so I know im in the clear of anyone trying to take my money from me. Plus too it was only $20.94 for 1 year. Anyways, I don't usually answer calls from numbers I don't know, especially a 888 number. These calls have started maybe 4 days ago, and I've gotten about 3-4 calls a day so far. Finally this morning, laying in bed I get a call from this number again, so I google it and here I am.... what exactly are they doing? Is there a real person on the other end or is it a machine? Its crazy that they even call people that have nothing to do with 24hr fitness... I too am with tmobile so I guess im screwed with trying to end these good for nothing calls. Has anyone tried to call 24hr fitness direct and ask them what's up? Has anyone experience the calls just stopping...?

For the past two weeks I have received 7 calls on my cell phone from a computer from 888-900-3194.

The call says it is from 24-hour Fitness and they are looking for different people each time, none of whom live here.
The call gives me a 'Press 1 if you are this person' or Press 2 if this is a wrong number'.
After pressing 2 for two weeks I finally pressed 1 to talk to a human.  The phone then shows 'Transfering Call' and I got someone in Jamacia!
They said they would remove me from their list.  The calls KEEP coming!

My ATM/Debit card was stolen this past new years. It took sometime to get my new one in. I've failed to notify 24HR Fitness of new card, but was thinking of canceling my short lived account anyhow. I paid up front my 1st and last and was told that if I ever stopped the auto debit that'd be my way of cancelling membership without any hassles. I never signed a contract. It was a month-to-month special I lucked out on. For about 3 days now I've been getting calls from this 888-900-3194 at all hours of the day. Persistent jerks is what I have to say. I've already paid you your last months and was always current when you auto debited. Next step for me is to call the gym direct to get these hassling phone calls ended.
