Same message.  Microsoft wants to refund money (that I never paid) for technical support. So tired of all the scams

2 calls within half an hour by different people. They say they are calling from Microsoft. Want to know how I have paid for Microsoft services

Computer generated voice informing me that I'm entitled to a refund of my Microsoft support (which I've never paid for, by the way) since Microsoft has been ordered to close.  LOL.

Robocall refund scam

This is getting ridiculous. I don’t remember paying for this so called product. I told them to just keep my money that I didn’t want it back and then I hung up on them.

This number just called my landline also but since it has been designated as a scam caller by my blocking service, it was disconnected after the first ring. I also googled the number on its own and there was both the written transcript as well as the audio version if you clicked to hear it, which I did since I would not have answered it anyway had it not been blocked. Very poor robocaller by the name of Daisy and the same scam of wanting to refund money from Microsoft Refund Department because the company has been ordered to close down.

Edited to add that they have marked it as blacklisted as of August 9, 2018, severe, computer scam and do not answer. Therefore, heed the warning and don't waste time by answering. Block it if you are able to do so.

They called and left me the same robotic message that everyone else seems to have gotten.
I called them back and spoke with "John" who informed me that I was owed a refund as Premier Technical Services was closing down. I informed him that I'm a Minister (I am) and told him that I'd like him to donate my refund to a children's charity. Stunned silence for at least 10 seconds and then he hung up. I blocked the call.

Poor quality Robo call with message to call them back for refund.  Even Verizon has labeled this as SPAM? 800 SERVI.  Definitely idiot criminals trying to scam someone.

Just got this robocall claiming to be Microsoft support. Same story as other posters. Scam, will report to n-o-m-o-r-o-b-o.

This number called, did not leave message. But 40 minutes later, got a call from 888-376-4805 that DID leave a voice message. And that message matches the reports for 888-376-4805.
A scam saying I had paid for computer service (which I never did), but the company was closing, and wanted to refund me money. I am blocking both numbers. Really bald faced scammers. Guess they hope a person's greed would overcome honesty, and try to get money they weren't due.

Got same robo call about me having paid for services and to contact them for a refund due to company closing. This is the 2nd call of this nature.
