as usual I can never ever ever answer my phone. because of this crap. thanks for answering it for me so that what I need to do is check to see which AH it is today. Everyone complains that I never pick up the phone. Or ans. the door. This is why.  Thanks, 800N, for adding  a newcall type choice !

Scam call...same call as above...says I am owed a refund.

I return their calls multiple times.  Each time I ask basic questions, like how much am I owed, when and how payments were made.   They were not nice.  I was called m___er f____er many times, 6 or 8, it made me proud.

Call was automatically blocked as a robo caller. CID: Toll Free Number.

Message received n my voice mail: "We are calling to refund your money as the company has been ordered to close down please call our toll free number 888-919-6138 to get your refund. Repeating again 888-919-6138. Thank you." . Have no idea who they are and I didn't order anything from them

800 Service come alive again, do not hear from them a few month, now call every day leave message states Microsoft order to call for refund some technical  service....a foreigner speak English  Big scammers.

Scam - wanting to give me refund from a Microsoft.

Same as others.  I'm suppose to call because I'm due a refund from Microsoft computer support because they have closed.  Never had or paid for Microsoft computer support.  I'm thinking that since I'm not calling back, they will be calling over and over and over ........so annoying!

Robo call, left message, said it was Cathy Jackson from Microsoft wanting to refund my money.  A new version of the old Microsoft Scam.

I am on the Federal do NOT call list, yet I get 3 to 4 calls a day and most of them are scams. What good I should the list?

What good is it to be on the Federal Do Not Call List? I get 3 to 4 robo calls or telemarketing calls a day and most of them are scammers.

This robocall " I am calling you from Microsoft's refund Department please do not hang up you have paid for your computer technical support a few months ago we are calling to refund your money as the company has been ordered to close down please call immediately on our department number 188-919-6138 I repeat 188-919-6138 thank you"
Insidious marketing using countless numbers to show in caller i.d., relentless calling cell phone and now office phone.

Same message as everyone else. Not a very clever scam as #1, I don't use microsoft products, #2, we are supposed to believed Microsoft is closing?, #3, I had to listen very carefully to the message 3 times before I could make out the number to call (of which I am now reporting). I really hope nobody falls for this. This number should be investigated.

Received suspicious voice message from a robo call # 888-919-6138.  Poor quality voice message but made out I was to receive a refund as the company was closing. (I couldn't make out on the VM, which company was closing though?).  So I called the number back as received a live person, Mark, stating he was in the Refund Department.  (No company name was provided). I stated I have no idea who they are and why they are contacting me?  The, "Mark" person went ballistic on me.  He started yelling into the phone, "Who am I to question who he is"?  He repeated the same words and then he hung up.  He had a slight accent and sounded very middle eastern.  Be aware. This all seems extremely shady and not at all legitimate.

That is the best response ever!  “I’m a minister, donate my refund to charity.”  I love that. Do you think he had a repentant moment?  You certainly offered the caller a chance for redemption!

Apparently, their tactics have changed. They called with a spoofed number of 1-800-766-2149, which is Smithsonian Magazine. However, the recorded message was the same about a refund and call back to 888-919-6138.

Robo call about Microsoft refund. Total scam

Called @ 1648. Same message as above. Called them back on my mobile phone. When I told him I was from _ _ Cyber Security and needed some information. He hung up pretty quickly. GO FIGURE! Believe what they are trying to get is your credit card #, or WORSE YET. your bank account information. Either way, you LOSE!

This sounded like an robo call with an automated female voice-like recording.I have not had any computer technical support. This is a scam call. Do not answer
