Scam call claiming Microsoft is closing and I'm due a refund.  Microsoft??????  This is the DUMBEST robocall I've gotten yet.

Caller said they were going to refund my money for my computer because the business had closed. Told me in order to get my refund I had to give them access to my computer. Told them they were trying to pull a scam and they hung up.

A poor quality voice mail, asking to call for a refund from Microsoft. Smells like a scam no details on what refund is for.

Bad robocall stating that Microsoft is closing and wants to refund my money.  Scammers at their worst.

This call is hilarious. "Kathy Jackson" just left a voicemail on my work phone about getting a refund from Microsoft. Yes, I do have Microsoft products on my computer that were paid for, but no, Microsoft has NOT been ordered to close and go out of business. Just another way for scammers to try to get your money.

This is Kathy Jackson. You are entitled to a refund since you bought technical support a few months ago and the company has been closed down.

Call them back from the same number. They block numbers that they haven't dialed. Then call them out on being scammers. There's only about 20 people in their office judging by the background noise. If we fight back they might move on to other jobs.

This is one of the best responses to a scam call that I've ever seen!  I think I may borrow it (although I no longer pick up calls from unknown numbers).

Repetitive robo-messages from this number, I never answered the calls. They leave an automated robo message stating that I need to call them for a refund due to company being ordered to close. The beginning of the message is always cut off, I never heard a company name. I didn't trust it immediately and never called the number back. As of reading this page today, I have blocked the number as it's been calling more frequently.

9/06/18 14:32 PDT Too busy worrying about getting other info, to interrupt for this call.  Left the stupid message about business closing, etc.  Don't have time for this so have deleted and if called again, will block.  Blocker is filling rapidly and only accepts 1,000 numbers.

Scam scam scam. Microsoft has been ordered to close? If that was true the whole world would shut down.  If they owe me money they would know where to send it.  Cathy Jackson robot scammer, stop calling me!!!

Two calls from Microsoft Refund Department offering me a refund on my technical support because the company has closed. Left a message.

Robocall saying we are owed a refund. Didn't say where from. Sounds like a scam.

Saying I paid for Microsoft tech support and my money will be refunded. Definitely a scam
