Got same letter from Cara Langley, same address in Port Orange.  This time she's from Cruise Advisor.  Free Carnival cruise and rt airfare from/to any major city worth $1,900!!  This is one busy lady.  Obviously "she" has bought consumer info from a company (could be the cruise lines) and is fishing for credit card numbers from gullible folks...

Letter today with Cara Langley on the envelope.  The letter has "sponsored by Cruise Advisor" on the top left of the letter and a Carnival logo on the top middle.  Fine print at bottom says must attend a 90 minute visitation.  Award is 8 day/seven night cruise and two roundtrip airline tickets.  Phone number is 866-396-3279

I got the same letter from Cara Langley mailed to my home.   I know it's a scam.

I replied a few minutes ago. I received two letters with two different scam offers

received same letter. from cars langley for carnival cruise and airfare. called carnival and reported her. they took all information in the letter

Letter head shows Carnival Cruise Lines name and logo. I've gotten similar letters before. The letter also says Cruise Advisor. Return address on envelope is

There is an illegible signature and below that, it says Guest Services Manager. Phone number is 866-396-3279. The scam letter states I was awarded a free 8 Day/7 Night Carnival Cruise for 2 and round trip airline tickets. There is no one giving away a free 8 day Carnival Cruise and free roundtrip airfare. And, that would be worth probably more than twice the $1,998.00 it says this is supposed to be worth. Scam for sure.

SCAM

Got letter addressed to me with no return address.  Inside the letter states that it's from Advanced Retail Research in Chicago on Jackson blvd.  I would have to call and pickup this "free" Android tablet and this is where they get you to do their surveys.  Now that I know these scam artists are still going at it for last 2-3 yrs, I am forwarding this letter and form to the Postal Inspectors at the US Post office as advised by the Cleveland Plain Dealer in an old article.

I got this letter and called Norwegian Cruise Lines. They said they were not part of this, that Classic Promotions and Premiums had infringed their trademark. I tried to get one of the Vanginhovens at Classic on the phone, they let their lackeys take the abuse. Somehow Kings Creek Plantation in Virginia is tied up in all of this too. If they had a presentation nearby I'd make sure to go and be as disruptive as possible, asking all sorts of pithy and impertinent questions.
