Just a FYI, *67 does not block your number when you call a toll free number. Owners of these "800" numbers are charged by their telco for each incoming call, as such they are not restricted to blocked caller ID. Their service provides ANI system to automatically pass through the phone number of the caller.

My letter was signed by 'Patricia Smith' in Holly Hill, FL and offered a FREE Android Tablet Computer for testing the thing and completing a survey. "Whether you complete the survey or not, the Android Tablet is yours to keep."  Gee, what a deal....   ;-)

I just received the same letter from this person. These telemarketers are just so brazen.

Also the word receive is misspelled as "recieve"..."i" before "e" excet after "c"

"except" after c...I misspelled it...but then again I am not attempting to pass myself off as a professional promoter

Don't call this number! It's a scam!!! if you go to their website ccdresearch.com it's about treating diarrhea in newborns and if you google map address 1356 Holly Ave Holly Hill FL 32117 it will show you the picture of a shack on a  dirt road .

Got one from Patricia Smith with the same address to good to be true is correct.

Patricia IS busy. We got one in the mail offering an 8/7 cruise with free airfare!

My letter was also by Patricia Smith in Holly Hill, FL and offered a free Android Tablet Computer for testing it and completing a survey.  The survey sheet was for a Digital Video Recorder CCD19-54.They hope I enjoy my Digital Video Recorder for many years into the future even though I am testing my Android Tablet and it is mine to keep. Seriously? I think Patty had a few shots of Wild Turkey before she signed her name.A tad shaky. My last name was spelled wrong  and same for the other misspelled words as the others posted here. Screams scam. :/

I live in Brunswick, Ohio and just today received the CCD Research, LLC letter for a free Android. Mine is from Patricia Smith and has the same 888-986-8173hone #. Throwing letter in trash.

Just got today via postal mail an offer.Return Address, Patricia Smith, 1356 Holly Avenue, Holly Hill, FL32117, address to the undersigned. Included are Toll Free phone # 1(888) 736-6366, Offer Code 2303.
The stationery used has the Royal Caribbean International words and logo.
The offer: Complimentary 8-day / 7-Night Cruise for 2 leaving from a major port in the U.S.
Bonus: Call within 72 hours and you will also receive 2 Round Trip Airfares Leaving from or going to a Major Airport in the Continental U.S.!!
I know this is a scam and I tested it by calling the phone number. I almost jumped with the surprise answer, a pleasant voice asking me for  the offer code. Sternly, I responded for them not to send or call me about any offer again. I told the lady that I know it is a scam.  "Don't bother me again." Then I hung up.
I'm posting this so hopefully I could be included in your feedback about your experience later.

OK- I just received a letter today from CCD Research LLC with 888-986-8173 as the contact number and the address as 1356 Holly Ave. Holly Hill, FL 32117.  If you go to this address in Google Maps, you will be surprised at what you see.  This is totally a scam...check it out.

Total SCAM!!!  Do NOT give them any info!  Look it up.  You will not receive any of their "gifts".  Amazed all those people involved can live with themselves after scamming so many people  Hope they remember this when they face God!

Also received a letter for a free Android tablet from Patricia Smith (sticker/label with her name & address of 1356 Holly Ave, Holly Hill FL) which peaked my interest but I did not call.  I figured it was a scam and I saw this post when I googled it.  Great advice read here:  DO NOT CALL!!  They will now have a valid phone number!  A friend fell for something similar with a cruise.  The cruise appears to be valid however her cost (taxes port fees etc) is more than what you'd normally pay for the cruise yourself without this scam.  Let's face it nothing is free-somewhere along the line money needs to be exchanged. Play the lottery!!!

I too received a letter from the infamous Particia Smith of CCD Research LLC fame.
I have plans for my letter. Because I receive junk mail of this nature from time to time I've
come up with a way to feel better about it. I choose my unknowing vic and then carefully
open their scam mail and stuff the envelope full of other junk mail after I've blacked out the
auto scan stuff on the bottom, whited out my name and address and neatly printed "Patricia Smith
1356 Holly Ave, Holly Hill, Fl 32117" - seal it all back up and then mail that puppy. Once or
twice I've really been tempted to add a dog turd in there but have been able to resist the urge
by telling myself it would be really gross and probably illegal too. Perhaps some wet cat sand?

So basically the idea is to fight back with a little spam of your own to get your yaya's out.
Or, you can use another spammer phone number...#68 so they can't get yours.... call em and
piss away their time with a good story that leads them to believe they've got someone with deep
pockets on the line... and at the very end.. give em the other spammers phone number and tell
them that it's your office number and they can call any time they like.

My point here is this: have fun with these [***] and look for ways to mess with them.
When they start trying to sell you, stop them and try to sell them on a way to get out of debt and
make very good money... etc etc etc.  Live a little at their expense. If screwing with these guys ever becomes a fad they'll have to find a new way to scam.

Received the letter from CCD Research, LLC, Patricia Smith, 1356 Holly Ave. Holly Hill, FL 32117 re: participation in their marketing study and promotion and receive a FREE Android Tablet Computer. A sample survey with 9 questions about the product. A live woman answered, read through her prepared info then got to the point of the "attend a presentation". I told her it was false advertising, she said the letter states... "participation in their marketing study".... blah blah blah. I told her to remove me from her list and hung up.
