Since I've got this phone number, 6 years ago, I have recieved ongoing calls from debt collector s asking for Cody Henry. I have repeatedly told them I am not Cody Henry nor do I know who he is or where he is.

Keeps asking for Lui Ping. My daughter who is 15 has had this number for 2 years. That's how long they've been calling . I am heading to there office today. I'm sure the police will be called.

Debt collectors should not call and call that's harrassment

called twice today. left blank VMs. I blocked this number.

Received a call from this debt collection agency today.  Didn't answer it and they did leave a message saying they were representing TD Canada Trust.  We do not deal with TD and never have so they will not be receiving a callback from us.  We used to get a lot of collection agency calls but nothing for two or three years.  Goody, looks like it's starting again!!

got a voicemail from a caller claiming to represent a branch of a bank that went from zero to unprofessionally terse real quick. i'm an american who lives on the opposite side of the continent who has never as much as been to canada. going to make a recording of the voicemail and report them properly.

Left me a voicemail saying they are from Hertz, following up on my claim. Provided a toll-free number with extension # to call back. I recently got into a car accident with a Hertz rental car, so it seems legit to me.

They can contact you only 3 times a week. However contact in this sense means left a message or spoke to someone. If the call goes unanswered or they don't leave a message, they can keep doing it.

Best is to answer phone, say "One" and hang up. Next time, say "two". Start fresh each week. If you ever get to "four" report them to CRTC for harassment

Td does have their own collection department however they do have 3rd parties who help as well. Not just d&a. You can call OPP fraud dept as much as you want you’re just wasting everyone’s time. Don’t you think with all these posts and possibly the multiple reports to OPP.. that d&a would be shut down by now? I’d suggest you pay your bill and get over yourself.

These idiots keep calling my husband saying it is for a debt for fido.  We have never dealt with fido in our lives.  The guy is rude and aggressive.  Today they called and my husband said he will not give them info over the phone and that we have contacted the police who said never to give info out.  The idiot at D and A was like "call 911 right now!"  seriously?!  Moron.  911 doesn't deal with bottom feeder collection agencies but thanks for coming out champ.

Dont answer debt collector

This person called my office and I was the one who answered and said my name in my greeting. The woman on the other end said “Oh, it’s you. I need your birthday and middle initial for verification.” So, I tell her thinking its something to do with a business account. She then tells me her name is Leigh. And she is calling about a $5,816 dent I owe to BM0 from 2009. And kept asking me if I was going to pay then and there. I said “No, and I want to see this in writing.” She tells me I should pay it because I have perfect credit and no outstanding debt, and if I pay it, it won’t affect my credit. I say no repeatedly, and she keeps saying “How much money will you put on it today? Is that a yes that you understand you owe us the money?” I kept saying I want it in writing. She says “Why?” I say because I would like to talk to Transunion about this. And she says “Why are you going to do that?” Anyhow, she asks for my HR rep at the company. I say “That’s me.” She then asks for the manager, I say “I am the manager.” She then asks for my fax number to send me paperwork to have me garnished. I said “yup, ok, bye”.

They keep calling our house phone about 5 times an hour . I don't own them money cuz I don't have a credit card or or any other debt . I will go as far to say that they are scammers and people do your self a favor and don't answer or give them any information they will rip you off badly. Let's be safe.

Arrogant self-assured man called 3 times to speak with someone who had died 6 years ago. Caller refused to identify himself or disclose the purpose of his call.
Caller was SCAMMER from D&A Collection Corporation.

Dna collections is a criminal organization. Do not send them money.
