I hope the gentleman enjoys the new flood of spam which will result from the exposure. Careless handling of personal data is the sort of behavior which makes a person attractive to scammers in the first place.

I've been getting calls from an Indian sounding person who says they're from the department of Crimean justice and that they're suing me for thousands for a loan I never took out and the I tell him off and he calls back being rude and obscene on my voicemail making sexual comments. I told him to quit calling me and he keeps leaving voicemails.
"Someone in here said that people calling you from India aren't governed by the same rules, but that is not true."
This is true. If these wahoos are calling you here in the US, they are doing business here and must abide by our laws, right? But, how on earth would these laws be carried out? This is the issue. American companies sell their *dirty* business to countries too poor to object and that's that...
But sometimes the overseas callers are working on behalf of a US company, you get transferred back here, you get their address, then you can report a known violator or take them to court.

"+011" usually gets an Indian scammer on the line with a heavy accent. The trick is to feign interst in the product, and then get connected to someone in the USA with an actual physical office address. Let's get 'em.
I have received a bunch of calls (over twenty) phone calls from the following numbers: 011 20 12 - 75481779 011 218 917569071 - this one is the most common that calls me
They call about 5-6 times consecutively, wait about 3-4 hours and call again consecutively about 4-5 times. the first calls arrive at 3 in the morning and continue from then on for the day.
This has happened three times, I have answered twice and threatened to call the cops if they continue to call and they don't call back for about two weeks, then they call again in the same consecutive pattern.
Its beyond gotten on my nerves and my provider cannot block individual numbers so I'm stuck getting these annoying calls. Is this the same sort of thing everyone else is experiencing?

I got a call from that number not to long ago it was some guy yelling where is the drugs and money ill kill you, so I said bring it on I have plenty of amo to dump into your face you scummy +"+#?/ ill blow your head off then +'?#?* your sister and your ugly mother then throw them off a bridge,that might of been a little much but I haven't gotten another call from them yet so it might've worked !

Added these A@@&O#!% to my "REJECT NUMBER" option on my phone - just like a few other disgusting numbers -- one being "The Seattle Times". These idiots are desperate, mean and need to be cute off. I appreciate this site and the time folks take to add to it -- it helps us all to understand exactly how far-reaching and deceitful they are. Let everyone know about the numbers and cute the SOBs off. THANK YOU!
These things are pretty meaningless. Takes me less than a minute to change my outbound CNUM to anything I like, including a fake country code.
It is very tempting to try and puzzle out meaning when we see these sorts of partial numbers on the caller ID, but there is not likely to be any meaning there. (sigh.)
