fraud\scam or good service??

Like i said full moon on the 4th.  Wonder where the Wolfman is, he should be getting awake soon.

Consider taking adult education classes when you become well.

Imagine these calls coming to a stop during the full moon.

Please keep us posted on the outcome, we were also scammed by this company, we paid our monthly fees and they never negotiated for us.  We have changed our accounts and will no longer pay them a penny, would be nice to get my money back though.

Solution for debt:

Obviously these fixers are garbage. There are non-profit agencies out there who well give you advice on how to deal with this stuff. They will never ask for your money, never tell to stop paying bills or anything of the sort. You just need to make sure they are a registered non-profit. If a place "trying to help" you with debt asks for money they aren't going to be doing anything for you, and doing plenty for themselves.

The reason places like these target/scam people with debt is because if they don't have the money to pay their bills it is unlikely they have the money to pay for a lawyer or the time to investigate and unearth these creeps.

I would suggest if you do not have a steady income coming in to your account and no money to provide for the next 2-4 years then it sure are hell isn't worth it to approach this company.
They have one office in Toronto but their call centre agents are in NJ. The lawyer is not always there and gets the other customer service agents to do the work for her.
Some even lie that they are a lawyer, advisor or paralegal but they hold no such qualifications. They just read from the script.
Suppose you are with them but havent been paying your bills, they place your number on a automatic ringer. It just keeps calling everyday just like another collection agent.

They will hold your money for you in the longest period for however long you keep paying them and attempt to pay out your collection agencies with a settlement deal in the future. If the deal breaks through, you can also end up in court and the settlement is difficult to get. They will not even represent you in court.

My best advice is go to to paralegal, lawyer dealing with collection agencies, credit counsellor, trustee but not a free one. In order to get a proper settlement in the court of law, you must be able to provide some money down and get a proper consultation.
If you cannot pay or drowning in debt, you can always try the legal aid office in your home town. About 15-20% goes towards their fees and then once we they get about 70-80% of your debt- they start calling up and negotiating on your behalf.  That too they are unreliable. If a deal breaks with one creditor, then they don't tell you anything till a whole MONTH LATER!!!!

Sorry, law office of cockburn & associates are even accredited with the BBB, so where do you say they have a B+ rating😕

The name alone sounds suspicious.

Almost sounds like the name of a porn flick.

It sounds so vulgar that I would laugh at them if they called me. I did a search of this place and it turns out they have a YouTube page with two testimonials.
