please be careful because chris lie to me and make my credit worse and they mixed up two accounts

chris told me a lie that my one creditor was same is the other and was settlement in 2014 with mac financial but mac finanical never had it  it was at cbv and now i am out by over 10,000.00 money that is not accounitibly that cockburn took and the new people want me to paid other 4 years of payments

What are you expecting me to about it? Or anyone else here for that matter. We can't help you

The Law Office of Cockburn and Associates and The Office of Cockburn and Associates both have NO RATING with the 'BBB'. When I starting with The Law Office of Cockburn and Associates  for my debt settlement they seemed to be great, I had now complaints. Then they switched me over to The Office of Cockburn and Associates and I am really uneasy and skeptical as to whether or not they are legit. Apparently the are no longer in the business of settling peoples debts, they just have the credit cleared. All the money I have paid to them it not paid to my creditors it is paying The Office of Cockburn and Associates for their services. What services if they don't pay anything to the creditors?. There's so much more but I am definitely done with them, I don't trust it at all anymore.

The real scam is the major banks that play a far more evil game then the debt relief companies! The program worked for me and the harasment the banks rain down is terrible the lies I was told by other 3rd party collectors the bank use was truly unbelievable! Anyone that is reading the post here must realize the posts are from collection firms and banks who have been unsuccessful in collecting from you and will tell you as I was that your getting ripped off and try to fear you into paying them directly, they will even tell you go online and see for yourself what people say about the programs! Lets be serious the internet really allows anyone the ability to slander and/or discredit other individuals and companies so please do not take everything for truth and take the time to look at how beneficial it is to banks and collection firms to put down debt relief firms! Also if they ripped everyone off how is it possible that they continue to operate and not shut down? The programs work and helped myself out of a mess so it will work for anyone!

2025. I can say after reading all this lumpy lover still at it. I appreciate all the info tho. I'd say after catching his assault charges in flordia . Fudo llc. Capital holdings llc in florida. And a lawyer/credit adjuster????? Wtf he gives loans .makes them fault. Puts a lein on your bank  account. He's very much sloppy. God bless all
