We paid $300.00 into them for a year and a half and could never get an answer as to where our money was going. Everytime we called it was a different person handling our case. After a year and a half and almost 5 grand later, we were no further ahead and quit the program, never to see that money again.

All the posts since 2011 to 2015 that is 4 years of posts, complaints, yet if it was a fraud then what has taken so long to bring this Law Firm to court, is our Law Society of Upper Canada asleep? Are our RCMP officers sleeping, they also being paid from our taxes to apprehend people and charge them!! If this company not handle my case well as right now I have been paying them past 4 years rest assured I would file a law suite and file a complaint with RCMP and get the Law Society of Upper Canada to come out clean, oh yeah heads would be rolling trust me.

Further to my last post I have written to Market place to review all complaints about debt Settlement schemes, as it seems that we are very good at trying to keep terrorists under control but we are confused about how our agencies cannot keep fraud under control which leads to much much depression in individuals and anger at the system that really may be the root cause of individuals going berserk against a fraudulent system as they see it!! That's why I want some investigation done on why our way of life is causing so many to go berserk!!
I find it funny you post a link to the better business bureau rating for your company which shows a "C". Not exactly something i would be proud of....

I was contracted with Silverthorne and Lupolover to pay them for 36 monthes to pay off 5 credit cards. At the end of the 3 years, they had only paid 3, and I was the one that did all the running around, faxes, photocopying etc etc etc. I called them on a weekly basis in order to get them off their [***] and to do their damn job. I fought tooth and nail to have these final 2 debts taken care of and ended up being with them an extra 6 monthes after my contract was over. Now, I get an email today saying that I owe them another $851 that they never charged me in taxes. This company is the biggest scam ever. If I was unable to pay my debt in full, how do they think I can afford to pay them more money? Do not deal with these [***]. They don't do what they promise. You can actually contact the credit card companies on your own and negotiate with them. This I found out after the fact. Could have saved myself thousands of dollars.
DON'T deal with them , i have and have been sued once and they still have only paid 1 claim, $6500 later and they paid approx $1800 and they just sent me an email (once i told them i didn;t want to deal with them any longer for poor service that they forgot to charge me gst pst and hst so their acct is really good stay away, even the lawyer that sued me told me in court that they have several claims mostly from people dealing with this company
Yaron Kimelman and his brothers are very respectable honest people. I know them personally. What on God's green earth are you trying to do and how sad it is to see someone use the internet in such an evil slanderous way. I hope your day of judgement comes soon for your vile and hurtful slander
