Anyone who calls from Skype will display this number when they call you, no matter what their contact number is.  I wish Skype would fix this.

i got a call from 0000000000 on my caller id and i answered and nothing so another call came in from the same number so i let it go to my voice mail and they massage said "this is the department of social services calling to inform you that your qr7 that you submitted was incomplete and was returned to you, please make sure you return it by the end of the month and so on and on" WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT???

you're right, I've told Bell not to call me but email me, they don't listen, I blocked them

can't even get that right! and yes unless you specify to Not share your phone number, the phone company does share your number..

8/19 I just got a call saying they were from the government and that i had applied for a government grant online went on to repeat my e-mail address and told me that if i did not do it now that i would have to wait in line for months to get another call back  the whole situation sounded funny if they were the government then they could have given me my own information or at least used a different name he said his name was roger Williams my name is Rory Williams sounded kinda fishy again and kept on insisting that i was making a mistake for not just paying a packaging fee of $4 and he clearly did not sound american (not saying it matters) and told me i could call back his number witch was 8018282353 way to fishy for me no dice!!!
8/20 now im getting text saying reply yes to get gov grant info & job search tips trying to charge me 9.99 i then sent "stop" back to keep then from texting me again adn it said you are not subscribed to any service?then one sent right after that saying just job search tip with the number highlighted diffrent from the first but still the same number and to reply yes the number texted from was a 68851 i think its from a computer this time still.

I get three of these a day > nobody there

I am to on that and pissed as all hell. I do not think my where abouts and postal code should be posted for the whole damn world to know. How did you go about getting yours taken down. I am going to call my phone compnay not under Bell Canada thank God these are jerks but under Cocego. I do not think it is right they post that. What if somebody wanted to stak them will that is made easy thanks to Freaking Canada411 and man the spam mil/calls u can get b/c of them.

Had a call from this number at work this morning. The line had a lot of static and there was a woman on the line with a very heavy accent. She was asking for someone who used to work for us but passed away a number of years ago. She said she'd call back.

No one talked - it clicked, and it's very annoying.  How do I block calls from this unidentified number?  Occurred on August 26, 2010.

Most of the posts above regarding 000-000-0000 are BS.  Your caller id presents this number when it can't id an incoming call which is usually an unlisted or private number.  There is no conspiracy, it could be anyone.  Some of you people need a strong dose of maturity.

Just called and ask to be put on a do not call list . Company is Caribbean International Cruise Lines use to be Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines there phone #  is Same as above.

I went ahead and stayed on the line against my better judgement. The "light" came on immediatley due to the fact the call was made to my plcae of employment.  Time trully wasted ... like they "if it sounds to good too be true......

The Replican National Committee hides behind 000-000-0000 and was nice enough to call on Labor Day.

You can add PC Doctor to that list, cause thats who I just received a 1-000-000-0000 from and when I insisted he give me a number to call he gave me 226-777-0099.

received survey over the phone from 000 000 000  did the survey and one passes on a cruise, but there is no such website in existance!!! How typical of the scams floating around!
