The buyer supposedly makes $10. thousand a month and has bad credit ? wouldn't it be more practical to rent somewhere for a year to get back on track and then purchase a home,  it sound like a scam .

I also, received a text message with an incomplete phone number of 675-53 & it gave a website of KyoProperties.com and told me they had cash investors interested in purchasing my property for sale.

Yes I got a text message almost identical to your e-mail. What kind of scam would this guy be running?

I am a realtor in Houston, TX who got a text from a partial number 675-53 with the following text:
(Real Estate)my investors are interested in your property, would like to make a cash offer asap.Can you send us the quick info at http:AgoProperties.com

I replied to the text: which property ? I have several listings they might be interested in.  None of which are on Craigs List.   Based on what's on this site, it sounds like a SCAM.  Beware

I am receiving text messages from KYO Properties saying that they want to purchase my property(timeshare) asap with a cash offer.  Who are they and how can I stop them?

Calling and texting that is telemarketing people including those on DNC do not call lists.

Since this is across state lines and countries report this to any
authorities you can think of, the FCC, your State Attorney General, your attorney, the FBI, etc. …. And since they have no concern for DNC lists, go get ‘em … make a bundle.

They seem target everyone and anyone, are associated in a major way with the UK, Belgium and many other countries and companies like
globrix.com, the UK property search engine getting top ratings and someone who thinks he is some top SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and refers to himself as this that and the other kind of “dude” and “guy”.

Appear to be associated with other names like:

They have sites on twitter, blogs, facebook, you name it…

Associated with some crook from Florida who calls himself Mark, Marc, Marco, Marcos, Marcus, Marcuso, Marcoso, Marcusi, Mar anything with Mar  in it)(also infesting other states and countries with his dealings.)

He uses the social media like facebook, twitter and blogs and has for a long time been setting up accounts and hacking into and hijacking people’s accounts and private information, identities, accounts, emails, properties, financial information and using it in wrongful ways. Seems to be associated the tea party, illegal debt collection and harassment, phony job recruitment, pornography, prostitution, fake sales through the web and social media sites,, terrorist activities, and other illegal activities.

He has a group of his cronies working with him.

So watch out for ANY email or account that appears in your social media
that you do not know because he uses a trillion aliases and accounts with names like Laymon, Layman, Cosimi, Nelson, Kompostownak, Kompostownik, Kompos. women’s names, fake names of professionals like doctors, calling himself doc, dr. businesses, restaurants, etc

He seems to think he is this social network and social media maven.

Okay how do we block these unwanted texts and calls? We all know the are not legitimate buyers.

I keep getting the same message...obviously we need to put this company out of business.  How can we do it?

I have been getting texts from http://Kyo properties.com, as well as phone number 206-279-7240, I never answer because I know its someone trying to get free stuff.  I have already sold my properties that I have posted on Craigs list. This person/people should be stopped!.

I have gone to the link TWICE and requested to be unsubscribed and also tried the email the directly respond. This needs to be a BBB and a State Atty. General issue.

Have these people honestly EVER closed a transaction.  Seems like a huge waste of time.

very similar situation. umm words are verbatim, I can only guess the source was craiglist. I got a text message from the # 67553. WTF? Does this guy work for my wireless carrier, Only time a numvber pops up like that is when they call me back for service  anyway [***]. Funny Thing Is I am selling a property Its Listed by a real estate company my phone number is nowhere on the listing the better not be using craiglist.
I did make the mistake of putting my phone number on craiglist for something else just to save all the stupid email; question I like to talk to sell, bad move.

Posted two ads on Craig's List for two different properties.

Received 1st text message 12 hours after I posted the ads (Wed. Jan 19).
"From: mark@XanProperties.com" containing similar message as stated above by others and requesting "Please give us the quick details at htt://www.Jpeproperties.com."  They did not even give address of the property they wanted "to make cash offer" on.  Text transmitted 12:08am NY time.  

Received 2nd text message 12hrs 19mins. later (Wed. Jan 19 1:25pm) NY time.
"From: 5629724347"  I called the telephone number and was informed via a recording that "the mailbox is full".  Common ploy by scam artist, text from a Tel. no. they know is clogged with messages and the "mark" will "assume"  it is a very busy and/or legitimate company.   Do not forget that the SCAM artist could send you a text on a cell phone with a Chicago area code while physically in Texas, Florida, etc.
A number of computer scam artist have been traced back to Canada.
Get the picture?  
In the text, the party referred to himself or herself as "i" in lower case, and, of course, did not provide their name. He/she wanted me to fill out a form "at http://KyoProperties.com, we buy quickly in cash"

Obviously, it is a SCAM. You may ask, "Who would be dumb enough to sell a property without legal representation by both parties, a buyer's application and financial records, SS No. to run a criminal and a credit check, one-on-one conversations with the potential buyer and/or his/her attorney, etc.?"
The list of "standard procedures" in a NYC real estate deal goes on-and-on.  
One simple example: In order to purchase a co-op apartment in NYC the buyer must negotiate the sale price, enter into a written/signed contract, produce a bank certified deposit check to be held in escrow by the seller's attorney until closing, produce a "Board Package" for the apartment building's Board members, and then be interviewed by said Board members.  Lastly, and only if The Board approves the potential buyer(s) does the deal go to closing where money and shares are exchanged, docs notarized,
state and city transfer taxes paid, etc....

The ideal "marks" for these SCAM artists, unfortunately, are people with limited education, people with a language barrier, people with physical/mental disabilities and the elderly.  
   
STOP THEM?  It would be easier to catch a fly while wearing a blind fold!

Humorous advise to sellers.

I just got a text from these same guys. The only thing wrong with my picture is I do NOT now, nor have I ever had anything listed for sale on Craiglist or anywhere. I'm also on the do not call list.

I just finished talking to ATT and he said that anyone that did have something listed for sale could be contacted by a realtor because they had advertised for a buyer which a realtor could be a buyer. But with me not having anything for sale, they should never have contacted me. Therefore, I plan to report them to quite a few people just for good measure. He said that this is how the class action suits get started. I just want people like this shut down.
