Winner? nope, just loser!!!!!!

All that shows up on Caller ID is Seattle, WA; I live in Oklahoma & do not do business with anyone in Seattle. No message was left. I pay dearly for an unlisted number and resent these calls!

If you call the number back, there is a recording that allows you to press 1 to be removed from their call list.  They say it takes 24 hours to process.  I just did it so we will see if it works!

I am receiving robo calls from this number 3-4 times a day.
The robo call offers to put you on the DNC list if you press 9. This hasn't worked, so I stayed on the line and got a rep. on the phone. When I asked exactly what I have to do get off their call list he hung up on me.

Maybe the best thing is to simply add an incoming call block device that can block numbers from nuisance callers in the Blacklist (or block number list) / get kind with up to 1,500 telephone numbers in memory:

If not, then buy a Panasonic phone. They have a call block memory sufficient to block 30 different numbers.

I am registered on the ....DO NOT CALL LIST !!!!! ..............CRIMINALS harassing citizens

It won't work. By doing what you did you effectively told them that the number they called has a warm body on the other end so they will add it to their list of "valid numbers that people answer" that they sell on the "bottom feeders black market".  The volume of these type calls are likely to increase although you may not hear from the original offender again.  GOOD LUCK!

Received recorded message about FBI reporting burglaries in my area and wanting to install a free secruity system if they could put a small sign in yard.

Same bs here, ID says "WINNER".   I no longer answer ANY call that I do not recognize.  I tell everyone I know to unblock their ID or I won't answer.

"WINNER" called again and my spouse hung up on them.  Donkey butts.

You can't "opt out" if you are an unlisted number like I am. I just tried calling them back and a recording said they can not identify my number to opt out.

I just leave my fax on on this line. That way hopefully they won't call back. My friends know I check my caller ID and will call them back....

I also pressed that to be removed from their list it doesn't work I just got another call today last call was over 2 weeks ago I think all it does is tell you you are a working number hate these telemarketers

I am writing this letter to voice my concern and ask that some action be taken to assist me and I am sure thousands of other consumers, that are constantly harassed by un-wanted telephone calls during all times of the day and night.  
During the past few weeks I have been called daily by a number from Seattle Washington 206-496-0929. This number appears to be from a telemarketer. I am not sure how they got my number, and no one ever says anything they just hang-up. If this a random call and the fact that someone can call has become very annoying, bothersome and honestly scaring my family.
I am not sure what other actions to take at this time that is why I am writing this letter, to ask for your assistance in this matter. I hope this request does not fall on deaf ears and that your organization can provide the relief that is needed.

I got a call from this number - caller ID said WINNER.  I hit "1" to get a live person.  When he got on the phone he asked me if I was interested in their security system and I told him that the only thing I was interested in was to get him to stop calling me and it was illegal what he was doing.  I was speaking to AIR as he had hung up by the time I finished ranting!!!

Caller id showed 'winner' with this number.  Didn't answer and they didn't leave message

Winner!!! I want to remove these scammers from calling my house daily!

Finally picked phone up after 4th call; female recorded voice started, 'DID YOU KNOW FBI SAYS A HOME BREAK IN OCCURS EVERY 10 SECONDS.......

I started laughing and hung up.
