I got a call from 206-496-0929 at 1:46 pm on August 4, 2012.  I did not answer and the caller did not leave a message on my answering machine.  My caller ID said "Winner", whatever that means.  One thing I noticed is the number is very similar to another number which has called me at least twice in the past month.  The other number is 206-496-0969.  I suspect it is from the same firm.  I live in Florida and do not do business with anyone in Washington State, which is where the 206 area code is located.  My number is on the federal Do Not Call list.  Maybe if enough people file a complaint with the Do Not Call people something will get done.  Complaints can be filed at donotcall.gov.  It only takes one or two minutes to file a complaint and there is no charge.  Good luck getting rid of these telemarketing calls.

I get a call every day from (206)496-0929.  They say they are a security company that will install a home security system for free if you put a small sign in your yard.  I called the number back and got a recording that said they will remove me from my calling list.  We'll see.

I just got a call from these scumbags. I didn't answer the calls that I did not recognize the numbers, did a Google search and found these pages. I set my phone to transfer the calls from this number from now on to the local Police.

Just received a call from 206-496-0929. Caller ID showed "Winner". I did not answer, no message left.

This is at least the second time within two weeks I've *spoken* to who I think is the very same woman calling from this number. She states it is not a marketing call, even though it clearly is (she lies, especially when you call back and are told it is a marketing call and you can call back). When I inquired about the name of the company, she said "Home Protection, in Dallas, TX". When I asked the phone number or address of the company, she refused to provide it and said people only wanted that when they wanted to report the call as a telemarketing call! She declared the number was a call center only. She hung up on me both times as I pressed for details of who was calling. The Caller ID does indeed say "winner." My number is listed on the "do not call registry." The first time I requested this company to remove me from their database, as I did this time. These are flagrant violations of the "do not call" laws. Unbelievable. How are they hoping to sell anything? They only anger me.

DNC listed, received a call using this phone # @11:28am Est today.
My cell phones don't receive advanced called ID strings..

I won't answer any call not in my phone book, let them talk to my black hole(not confugured) Voice MBX.
Lastly, I look it up these #'s on the internet before answering or returning the call.

The [***] called my number which is on the DO NOT CALL list.  i hung up on them.

Caller ID said WINNER so I picked up the receiver and slammed it down.  After thinking about it, I should've answered with "LOSER" and then hung up.  These idiots will try anything to get people to pick up and talk to them.

I'm just curious if you bought anything from Ebay at that time.. I bought an item out of Salem Ore. and started shortly after getting calls from Portland and now this one in Wash. St... Same thing says "winner" or Phone Services and Financial Center.. I also get unknown caller multiple times of day and all hang up after I answer up....

The national do not call list is a JOKE!!!!!!!! I get more calls since I  signed up.

My CID only repeated the ph # (12064960929) as the caller from these people on Thurs. 8/9/12 at 2:02 pm! Guess since my CID didn't say "WINNER", I got left out! Ha!! Like anyone actually WON something. COME ON! I was born at night, But Not LAST NIGHT!!

My Talking ph CID told me the # calling & I DO NOT answer calls I don't recognize, but this time on 3rd ring decided to pick it up & try (for the 1st time) the advice of repeatedly (rapidly) hitting the * (star key). It's supposed to confuse their auto dialing machine & throw out your Ph #. Don't know if that is so or not BUT I had fun doing it!

I have a two page list of these bogus numbers that annoy us daily!!  I've submitted to the FCC and the DNC.  I've been on the DNCR since it's inception. I personally am beginning to get the feeling that DNCR is a WASTE of Taxpayer's money!!  It's really TICKING me off!!! (the politest work I could think of)!!

Idiots keep calling from this number using the FBI to sell a security system because there have been a number of burglaries of homes in my area and I need a security system.  It is a recorded message.  I pressed one to be removed but have had several more since.  It is another scam.

Received a call from "WINNER" aug 10 5:37pm. Reported to FCC as they are misreprenting themselves as law enforcement. Using the FBI in their scam recording is a bad move. Also gave the DNC and the FCC the guys real phone number listed on page 2 (thx!).

This number comes up on caller ID as Winner how deceitful.

Claimed to be the FBI and selling a security system. Told them not interested.  I guess that Holder is trying to drum up money for either Obama's reelection or his legal defense for being a racist and not caring about a few dead ICE agents.

Got a call from this number 206-496-0929, said winner on I.D. but left no message.
