Called at 1639 PDT, didn't answer, no message left.

Just called TX. Caller ID said "Winner".  Of course I declined to answer. They hung up on my machine. I'll never know what I won NOTHING!!!

Wow, you are awesome "punisher"!  Thanks for posting the numbers, although I doubt we'll be pestering the people that really need to be pestered, but at least we can give these few guys a taste of their own medicine.  The "security" system is a well-known telemarketing scam trying to get people's credit-card information, but it seems that once you make their call list (for whatever reason), you get calls for years on end from numbers that change weekly.  Hope they end up in jail, as I suspect that will be the only way to stop it all.

I live in Texas and am on do not call list . I received a call that caller I D said Winner did not answer but would like for them not to call my phone.

The name of the company is "Go Control Systems" supposedly a home alarm system company.  It probably is a scam operation that is trying to get people to let them into their homes.

I called back as you did with blocked number and got the same recording.  When I called back with a spoofed number - the message was slightly different but gave no information other than ...Hello and thank for calling us back, you have been contacted by our marketing representative, press 1 to opt out from future calls"

Call from Winner. Didn't answer. My do not call list is reaching Clearwire's number limit. It is a shame that the people we pay to deal with these things do nothing, i.e. FTC, FCC. As many times as these lowlifes have been reported under different numbers, you would think something would have been done.

Received another one of these calls and no one left a message.  Get one of these almost everyday and nobody leaves a message.

I tried calling (954) 297-2095. It's saying now that it's out of service. Good job Punisher!

Recording for you to put a burglar alarm sign in your yard advertising for them and you get a free one. They call constantly on various numbers that say WINNER, disregard the DO NOT CALL LIst and get away with it. I press 1 and curse at them. I also report them with no luck.

I just started to listen to the message out of curiosity. The robo caller just began talking about the FBI and how there are more break ins now than ever. I assumed it was, once again, someone wanting to install a new security system for my house FOR FREE!  If this was like the other messages I received about free security systems all they wanted to do was to put a sign up on my property with their name on it. Otherwise equipment and installation was at no cost to me. Of course, they neglected to mention that just possibly there would be a monthly charge so maybe I wasn't such a big time winner after all. lol

I also got a call from this number with a display "winner" I actually tried to answer, but got to the phone about the 5th ring & they had hung up. I have been answering these obnoxious calls lately as a new tactic. When I was ignoring them, these companies were calling back once & twice a day day after day after day. So lately I've been trying a new tactic of answering them and telling them to take me off their call list. So far I've gotten off 3 lists.
It worked well for the "Autism awareness" group that had been calling me twice a day for weeks. I answered & told them to take me off their list & haven't received another call.

Thank Punisher, I been getting these calls, and it sure is fun calling (954) 297-2095. There are three or 4 guys who took turn cussing at me and threatening my life! i Love to call the number late at night. He gets really irate.Says he knows where i live. I know he lives in Fort Lauderdale and he's using a cell. But, like JD says in an earlier post it's all made possible by Pacific Telecom Communications Group.

Your Complaints are being Heard – Cancelation of Pacific Telecom’s Oregon Certificate

On July 10th, 2012, the staff of the Oregon Public Utilities Commission recommended that Pacific Telecom Communications Group’s certificate of authority to provide telecommunications service in Oregon be revoked.

Pacific Telecom violated rule OAR 860-032-0060, which requires telecom utilities to submit annual reports to the Public Utilities Commission.  Pacific Telecom failed to submit an annual report for the year 2011.

Due to a significant increase in complaints against Pacific Telecom, Oregon regulators appear to be feeling increased pressure to fulfill their mandate to protect the public.

If this decision is finalized, it will prevent Pacific Telecom’s 22,000 Oregon telephone numbers from being used for illegal telemarketing purposes.  Pacific Telecom has 60 days to file for a reconsideration of this decision.

Just received "Winner."   Many calls lately for some reason.  Some government we have, can't fix anything.

I got a call from this number and it said "winner" I called it back and it said I must unblock my call. I hung up. I don't want these people calling me. Please take me off your list. If I want something I will call you.

Recording said if I put their security sign in my yard they would install a free security system.  Said that they were in Irvine, CA  and gave me their number as 866-778-7372.  You can never get through to mess with them.

I was called 5 times last night interrupting my evening with my family. I did not answer the caller ID WINNER. WINNER left fax tone messages 5 times. I filled out complaints on the links below, but I think the 2nd link is incorrect. Try the form on do not call registry. Go Here:

I work as a contractor for Verizon. You may have dial tone that works for 911 for a while, but if the phone Co needs your line for a paying customer, they will take your old line & you'll have a truly dead line.
