This was a recording stating the FBI has received reports of break ins in the area and they would install a security system free of charge if a sign was allowed to be placed in the front yard.  The name on the caller ID was WINNER

Caller ID said "Winner". I didn't pick up. No message left.

Hmmm, seems like the scumbags are at it again.  We are receiving calls from different numbers with the same recorded messages.  This one was a hang up, funny though about an hour and a half earlier 260-969-9387 called with the same message about local police recommending security protection and that this "company" will place a small sign in our yard and install a new security system at "no cost" to us.  Yeah right.  We already have a home security system!  3 big fiercely protective dogs!  We also have a Panasonic phone with ability to block 20 numbers, unfortunately these idiots keep calling with different numbers.

Did not answer.  Have received calls in past and have not answered them either.  Don't know number and nothing on caller ID, since there doesn't seem to be any other recourse, just don't answer.  Nothing seems to dissuade these calls and having had the same phone # for a very long time, I refuse to allow these creeps to cause me to change.  I think I can probably not answer longer than they can keep calling, hopefully.

My Comcast phone block feature is maxed out. Block feature on my cordless phone has only a couple left before being full. Guess I'll go online and purchase a call block gadget! See if that works. Get one for about 2,000 numbers and see how long before it fills up.

Received a call from these scumbag losers (definitely not winners) yesterday. What is curious about the call is that the number is blocked but it came through anyway, proving the number is spoofed and phony. The number may not be within the State of Washington.

They now appear to be somewhat aware robocalls are prohibited since a message was not left.

Please remove me from your list and do not call me.

Why do people get to use the telephone service for just annoying people???? Do they have no better things to do but bother people??? SICKOS!!!

Keep getting calls from this number even though I have pressed "9" a number of times to be removed from their list.  There must be a way to stop these calls.  Seems like the "Do Not Call" list does not work

Sometime ago their was a scam IF you pressed a number to be deleted from their list they somehow were able to get into your phone and rack up a heck of a bill.  Do not ask me how!  I call my phone Co. because I had answered a question or whatever by punching a number  (I found out after the fact by looking numbers up on the computer--maybe even here.)   Anyhow I told the phone Co, what I  had done AND read.  I was on the phone quite awhile.  When the person came black we put a block on my phone service that can only be changed by a pass word so I don't think the information was incorrect..  I am on the do not call list.  This number was touting security systems ha ha.  I'm not happy these unwanted call still get  thru they are a pain and I am sure they pray on senior.  (IF they were on the up and up they would'nt be bypassing the do not call!)

If you have Earthlink as your internet provider, you can block any call that you want. I have a long list of unwanted callers who haven't been able to get through since I blocked them.

By pressing ANY key to "remove"  yourself from their "list" you are telling them, "hey...this number is a good number and there is a warm body at the other end. You are bugging me so keep it up because I just told you I didn't want you to do it anymore."

Just got my second call in a week from this number. They've changed their name from "Winner" to "Announcement"!

Ditto, received another call from them, caller ID now says "Announcement" instead of "Winner". Losers.
