I am on do not call list.  Have told them not to call me back.  Continue to get calls.  When I try to talk to someone, they hang up on me.

Washington State seems to be one of the most offensive bunch of these calls of any place in the country.   Does anyone work there in an ethical responsible job that requires some level of intelligence?   Have recently gotten Digitone call blocker.    Aside from being able to block up to 80 numbers, one can also block an area code.   Also, set it so blocked number(s) do not ring your telephone.   So far, would recommend it.

They called twice in two minutes.  These [***] must have bought a block of a thousand phone numbers; only the last 4 digits change and they call every damn day.  All numbers start out 206-496-XXXX.  I can't block enough numbers to keep them from ringing in; my phone only blocks 30 numbers.  If I find out where these [***] are calling from, they WILL become shut down.

reads winner, but only rang twice,  just after another call I didn't answer.

I am on the no call list. I have no dealings with these people and do not want them disturbing me with their calls.

who's business involves facilitating telemarketing calls, a possible violation of 16 C.F.R.

A single attempt in our system's log, with no connect-through. My guess is their robo-dialer got scared off by our 'Telezapper' tone sequence. Added to the blacklist anyway, along with the 949 number 'ScamBuster' reported (thanks!)

We have a Panasonic KX-TG7641 that blocks up to 20 numbers. But I filled that up in the first 2 weeks! I've deleted some of the older ones and added the more current but what I do now is just leave the answering machine off.

I laughed when I saw caller ID as WINNER like anybody would be stupid enough to answer.

It said WINNER but I think it is more like LOSER! I am reporting them yet again to donotcall.gov!!! Keep it  up bud and you will be fined each time.

They called me just now.  I got sick of this, and got a magic jack, had my number ported to it, and got software called 'Magic Features Plugin' for $20 that will block unlimited numbers, so they will call only once.   The software has the wonderful feature that the wildcard "x" can be used, so when I see they have called me from several different numbers like 206-496-0929 and 206-496-0930 for example, I can block 206-496-**** and get them all.  I finally blocked a whole area code in Washington.  Our Congress is so corrupt and so busy lining its pockets that it can't be bothered to do anything in our interests.  Throw all the incumbents out except for Bernie Sanders in Vermont.

Keeps calling every day.

this number called me at 1:23 pm today.  No message left.  Caller ID said "WINNER".  I had a good laugh over that!

They won't stop calling if you anser the phone. I have had them calling since november 2011.
I have cussed them out I have said things that would make a sailor blush. but these guys keep on calling me NO MATTER WHAT IS SAID!!!!!!! They change their number now every call. caller Security system Winner

Telebouncer works sold on Amazon, This group of telemarketers are the very worst I have crossed,I have been able to get other telemarketers to not call me. by sending snail mail e-mails and contacting them by phone. That  answers knocks robo calls out I have had no messages now left on my answering machine I don't here my phone ring any more in telemarketer mode. in caller id mode the phone rings once. I am still going to get a device that blocks whole area codes, I wan't sveral layers of security and I intend to use them all.

I don't get winner as a caller ID but I get Seattle WA.  Click the on and off button right away.  They called at least once a day.

These contact are no good if you live outside the state of Washington.

I have gotten 4 or 5 calls from "Winner".  A recorded message that begins "DON'T HANG UP!!! YOU ARE A WINNER!!".  Sure.

This number called and said Winner, didn't answer it. Left a message stating that if I let them put a sign in my yard they would let me have a free security system. No way !!!!!! Block their call on my phone.
