These guys take the cake. Late and early calls, never leave a message. How does this work for them? They must not know about caller ID. Maybe they don't have that in San Antone ... Anyway, I appreciate the info here and will consider contacting them via their website.

The 800 number you listed is no longer in service.  They are calling us at all hours and sometimes leave a message.  Driving me nuts!!!

They call me in the early evening on weekdays and before noon on Saturday. Glad I have caller id, I just ignore them, but the calls on Saturday morning are annoying.

I am on the "do not call list" and go long periods of time
with no calls. Last week, three different numbers have been
calling. One will listen to the whole message then leave a
hang up message of just noise.

I have received multiple calls after 9:00 p.m. despite the fact that I am on the do not call lists and have a no solicitation message.  The Scarborough Research is part of the Nielsen rating company.  From their website: "Nielsen is the world’s leading marketing and media information company"  I am sending a cease and desist to info@scarborough.com.

One minute later another call. ID said "Private Name" "Private Number"

In the last 6 weeks we have received a lot of calls from various numbers and we are on the "Do Not Call List"

These morons called at 10pm!!

This number keeps calling and I want it to stop.  We are on the Do Not Call list.

I was getting calls from (210)736-3080, no message was left on machine. I looked up on Reverse phone numbers and was given this information.  The owner of the phone is Griselda Patlan / Greselda Ramos of San Antonio, TX.

Non-stop calls for the past 3 weeks now; sometimes 3 times a day. The regular callers, a man and a woman, both were from the Philippines, meaning Filipino nationals. They call us by our first names, so you would think they knew us. Then when I realized they were strangers, I told them to take my number off their list. They still have not. Very annoying, very rude, very intrusive, very obnoxious. They do not show respect and consideration at all.

Do they ever think that they could very well be harassing their own children or loved ones? or have they ever thought just being in our shoes?

same here...how can we stop this madness...its drivin me crazy...Scarborough needs to do research elsewhere!

The number 210-736-3080 calls me several times a day. No one leaves a message and when I do answer no one is on the line.

YOU CAN NOW BUY A PHONE FROM WALMART THAT WILL BLOCK CALLERS BY NUMBER.

PANASONIC MAKE SEVERAL MODELS WITH/WITHOUT ANSWERING AND WIRELESS.

YOU JUST HIT SAVE TO A LIST AND IT NEVER RINGS AGAIN, THEY GET A BUSY SIGNAL

They are violating FTC do not call even they say they are not.  My phone company has a *60 option so the call cannot get through.  Some caller ID boxes also have a reject system.

These folks called me at 9:50 pm... they left no message ..... They are not suppose to call after 9:00pm ... I have read a lot of these posts and I see that I am not the only one having problems with them! I am also on the do not call list!

Just don't answer it, if you answer it they confirm somebody lives there and they will give your number out and your phone won't stop ringing.  I'm considering tracking them down to settle this in court, maybe then the harrassment will stop.

I received a call tonight from this number at 9:54pm est, I advised the very rude individual that he is not a call a home after 9:00 pm, this individual advised me that if he is doing a survey he could call up until midnight, is there a better time, I advised this individual not to call again, this person was very persistent, I had to end up hanging up

DO NOT CALL OUR NUMBER AGAIN!!

Colorado is a no call state. Unsolicited calls are illegal. My number is unlisted as well.
This company is breaking the law.
