- CarolJust got a call from Mike, Indian accent. I asked what company he was calling from. He indicated to me that the company's name is I Secure Vap. Scams!!! He hung up on me too.
- Caller: I SecureVap
- Ann in CARude scammer. Just hang up. Just trying to con you with fear of a computer issue.
- bswcall came in from 'texax call'
i listenened for a minute as he told me about attacks on my computer and told me I was the main computer user. I asked him to remove me from all internal calling lists. then, get this, he asks me why. So I tell him. I already have people I work with for my computer and that I want to be removed from all internal call lists and I do not want to be called by them or any of their related companies again. I had to repeat it a few times. Eventually, this heavily accented Indian man who identified himself as John, said alright and politely hung up. As to the do not call list, I've come to understand it's only for legitimate businesses...maybe. sigh- Caller: isecurevap

- StephanieThis guy called claiming there was security problems with my computer..
Did not listen to anything I said regarding me being on Do Not call list.
Told him I would be reporting him. Said don't hang up and that it is not a sales call.- Caller: Technical support
- MarkYeah they are cold calling people to find people to gain access to the computers. I was bored and held up the guy on the phone for over 30 minutes asking all kinds of questions. The responses were quite laughable especially as I have Microsoft Certifications and have been a Network Admin in the past.
- Caller: No clue what he was saying
- K S replies to BobSame caller. I hung up on him the first time. He called right back, I picked up the phone & immediately hung up. He called back the third time. I picked up, told him I am on a "DO NOT CALL" list, "if you call me again I WILL report you". He did not call back.
- Mary Louise CallananDO NOT CALL ME AGAIN
- TexasI took a call from this number two weeks ago. The foreign sounding gentleman told me my computer was sending Windows messages to their office and he was going to help me fix it. I knew immediately that it was a scam. I told him he must think I'm an idiot. He called me some vulgar names and then hung up. Since then, the calls have been coming in 4 & 5 times a day. I never answer them and they don't leave messages. BTW, they don't care if you're on the "Do Not Call" list. They are thieves. They don't abide by U.S. laws.
- Caller: Windows Security
- DoneI am terminating my home phone service....all I get are scammers....I am done.

- AnonymousCalled me four (4) times this evening in a matter of 2 hours. The only time I picked up and told them to remove me from their list, someone said they are calling 'regarding your computer'. I'm on the do not call list and they still called me. The guy mentioned the name of the company he was calling from but he sounded like he was from India and I could barely understand what he said.

- andyCall from a man with a middle east accent several different times. I said no problem and hung up
- SORThese "security calls" usually originates mainly from India, as far as I know. This I-D-10-T tried to reach us today, but because we don't answer unknown numbers, he couldn't, and I've now blocked the number with Digitone Call Blocker Plus. However, there is almost an infinite amount of numbers that these scumbags are using, when they spoof the numbers. But, there is still space available on the blocker to block other numbers. :-)
- AnnI am getting tired of this middle eastern man calling. He has been calling for over a year about computer maliware programs with my computer. He called again today and i asked him his name and number he gave me a 1-888-577-4003 number and his name was John. I started laughing because he calls so much i knew who it was and what the number was he was calling from 210-737-8097. I am really getting tired of this because i am on the do not call list and they still call. How can we fix this i am even getting these calls on my cell phone and its getting very annoying.

- SteveI am the head of Cyber Security at my place of employment. When the caller (from San Antonio) informed me that my computer was infected by a terrible virus and asked - do you know that? I asked if he knew something ... that people like him are &#^$# and that I am a Cyber Security officer. The line went dead ... I just hope that, if the authorities don't do something about these people, karma will. Best of luck with that!

- JTSame call & scam here - twice today, calling for the previous owner of my phone number. "Calling to help me remove malware detected on my computer." The second time I decided to have some fun & see how far I could get "playing along." They tried to get me to give remote access to my cpu via ammyy.com. I played dumb and the "tech support manager" finally gave up and hung up. I guess people really fall for this junk or they wouldn't bother trying.
