I got a phone all from the number and the guy start talking asking immediately about my computer with mircosoft windows.  I told him I did not have mircorsoft windows , he wanted to talk to the others in the house who had mircosoft windows.  I told him not one had it , He hung up.  He had an ndian accents.  I did not make his day

My call came in this afternoon, a man with a thick Indian accent told me my computer downloaded malicious virus and he was calling to help. This is a scam hang up.

Woman said she wanted to tell me about my computer (this in a thick Indian Asian accent) and I said You're a fake and hung up-

Well shoot, if I had known that the call was one of the Indian scammers telling me something was wrong with my computer, I would answered it and wasted a lot of his time.

Oh well, maybe next time.

Just had the call, the New York Call, 1-212-000-3459.
I wish I had the time and/or patience to play these goofballs.

Hee hee.  Played along with them for an hour without even going to the computer!  He was mad.

Seem this is from local scam artist...calls from India call center had been stop.
Look like they got the voters-list..it's illegal to obtain such document, not to say to use it for other purposes.

I thanked him for calling and if it was possible to help me fix WIN 3.1 that I was running on a 286 and if I needed a modem to get on the NET.

He hung up :)

Calls me around 10 am I answer and I just hear "click" hmm thats what i thought anyway if you qanted to talk to me so bad why would u hang up? oh and nice try with the spoofed number im not stupid you know

Told him I did not have a Computer or Internet , and could he hurry up with his SPIEL as I had EMAIL to send.

He thanked me anf hung up :)

When I see 212-000-3459 on caller ID , I pickup and say WELCOME TO MICROSOFT TECH SUPPORT how may I help you and all I get is CLICK .

Just got the call from 212-000-3459 to my business...when I answered no one was there. I've had the "fix your computer" scammers call me at home, but not from this particular spoofed number. Mary, I love your solution!

answered and no one said anything...kind of funny since I received a funny phone call first from (585)762-9938 saying there was a problem with my computer and they were from Microsoft.

Received a call from 212 000 3459 on my cell, didn't answer - thanks to all for the posts.

These a$$clowns called me 4 times today. First time, my husband asked who it was, and hung up when he heard it was "John" in a thick accent. They called back again and asked for me. I asked the nature of their business, and he said he was calling "all computer owners in my state." Ok, whatever. I said, "ok! how about I just give you my SSN and bank account number! Will that help?" He stuck to his script about computer problems... blah blah blah. I said, "Stop calling me" and hung up. He called again. I put my 13 months old son on the phone and let them hash it out. While my son was still chewing on the phone, it rang again! I answered it and let my baby continue to babble away on the phone. They finally stopped calling. Wtf?

We've received these calls and found one of their callback numbers is 350-450-3952.  If you run into these guys, please email me at alphapccarescam@gmail.com and let me know.  Our phone system has been pounding them with pre-recorded messages calling them a scam.  We'll add numbers to the list if you let us know of any other number for these scammers.

I just got one at work...he was trying to sell me on internet advertising.  We're not interested anyway but he tried very hard to keep me on the phone.  I was polite and told him "no thank you" and hung up.  

Clearly, anything with this number is a scam!

I received the same call from 212 000 3459, again,a thick accented man told me there were "reported virus's" in my area.  Asked me to turn on my computer, hitmseveral buttons and tell him what was on my screen
How do we report these creeps?  I have a block on my line for telemarketers, obviously it didn't work

Just got the same call, same scenario about a computer problem in my area and files being downloaded without my knowledge.
Said how nice it was to have someone like them around to protect us from the dishonest scumbag a$$holes that can't make a decent living and to keep up the good work and hung up.
Lucky for me the number pops up on my screen when a call comes in so I checked it right off as he was talking and found this site.

just received the same call, luckily I have security services and malware software to protect my computer.... I knew it was a scam, I gave them about 2 minutes of my time and happily said goodbye.  Hopefully others will view the posts and not allow a stranger over the phone access to your computer, I can only immagine the the issues that can arise
