I RECEIVE MANY UNWANTED, UNSOLICITED PHONE CALLS FROM TELEFUND,
1-213-487-9500  DAILY.....AND USUALLY 5-6 PER DAY.  UNFORTUNATELY, THERE IS NO ONE ON THE LINE IF YOU DO PICK UP.  I HAVE TRIED THAT AND HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO TELL THEM TO QUIT...........I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF RACKET THIS IS.  I ALSO WANT THEM TO STOP!!!

This number calls a few times every evening.  Scam

I answered but no one was there. I got two calls from this number.

I do not wish to receive calls from Telefund.   I receieve as many as 10 calls per week.  I do not respond to requests for donations over the telephone or e mail.  I have sent 12 emails to Telefund requesting my # be deleted.

Just call the number back and type in 304 and leave a message with your phone number and they will remove your phone number from their call list.

Take me off your calling list!

It doesn't work. I had a complaint with a particular telemarketer and complained to the "Do-Not-Call" and after all the tel calls, i received a letter in the mail asking me to have the complaint notarized and I had to pay to send it back. It wasn't worth it, so I just gave up. More telemarketer calls than ever lately. It is a joke - the Do-Not-Call registry. Most of the calls come from outisde the US, so they cannot do anything about them. Just don't answer.

Telefund calls my home phone daily, since last month I answer and the line is dead

I have received calls daily and sometimes twice a day.  I have a Personal Caller ID that allows me to block a number and my  phone will not ring.  It does allow the call to go to the recorder.  
The Caller ID is Telefund.  They never leave a message.

Today I went one step further.  I listed the number with my provider.  The caller will receive an automated response stating that I am not accepting calls from this number.

If they spoof the number I will repeat the process.  I have also blocked any calls that do not show a Caller ID.
I received one call that had "" in the Caller ID. I did not answer that call and blocked it as well

This caller is very persistent.  For more than two weeks they have called at least 2-3 times per day including evenings and week-ends.  I would like to inform a real person that I do not give funds via telephone but will probably get some robo connection.  Anyone who can get them to stop, please advise

Take a look at how many pages of complaints there are, 19!  Doesn't that tell you something?  D***n nuisance!

Like everyone else on this thread, we've been harassed consistently by Telefund's unwanted calls, and so despite the fact that we've asked them repeatedly to take our number off their lists, including in writing.

Besides systematically filing complaints with the DNCR after each of their calls, we've taken steps to file formal complaints with the FCC, the FTC and our State's AG. And we wrote a scathing review on Yelp.

Yet, what really worked for us is that we looked at their clients' list (which you can find on their website www.telefund.com), and emailed a complaint to 10 of them (see copy of complaint below). We specifically targeted those clients' directors and membership, fundraising and press representatives. Nine responded, apologizing for Telefund's inconvenience, and 4 said that they would report this to Telefund directly.

Telefund's calls stopped within days!

This is not to say that they won't try harassing us again in the future, so that's why we're also filing complaints with the FCC, FTC and our State's AG – for future action if necessary.

Telefund keeps calling us several times a day, thus disrupting our home business and family life -- and so despite our repeated requests that they take our number off their lists.

Telefund's shoddy business ethics and total disregard for the people they keep harassing with their calls are working against your very own interests. We're certainly put off supporting your organization in any way.

If you intend to run an effective fundraising campaign, with donors acquired to your cause, we strongly recommend that you do so without Telefund's counter-productive input.

Calls multiple times daily.  I answered and they asked for someone that wasn't me and I told them to stop calling.  So far so good.

Calls more often than any other annoying call.
